Antique lamp base for a reverse painted or slag glass shade. This base is complete and ready for use. It has at some time been rewired. Is 21 1/2″ tall to top of finial, and 8 1/2″ in diameter, and is equipped with 2 pull chain sockets. Please view the pictures for the best description and if you need additional pictures just ask. Description: Beautiful Art Nouveau Slag Lamp is done in shades of peach, pink and green. Filigree is complete, no repairs or missing pieces. There are 2 small breaks (see photos). Brass base features original patina, has not been refinished, cleaned or restored. 1 light fixture has been replaced. No missing pieces in the slag panels but there are 2 cracks (see photos). There are 4 holes drilled in the base of the shade, I assume for attaching a chain to hang. Stamped Miller 1136 on the bottom. Lamp stands 23 1/2″ tall and shade is 17″ across. It is working, bulbs are not included. Cord should be replaced as it’s original and probably not up to modern code. Important: Please note the dimensions listed as size cannot be determined based on pictures alone.

Bradley & Hubbard 8-Panel 2-Tone Arts & Crafts Slag Glass Lamp Table C1920. This Arts and Crafts table lamp features a distinctive 8-panel slag glass shade in the manner of Bradley & Hubbard, dating to approximately 1920. The dome-shaped shade is crafted with two tones of slag glass: an upper section of creamy, variegated yellow-white glass and a lower band of vibrant red-orange glass. The shade is accented with ornate cast metal overlays depicting garland-like swags. The lamp is supported by a fluted metal column and rests on a substantial, ornately cast metal base with a rich patinated finish. It operates with two pull chains, consistent with its early 20th-century design. The lamp exemplifies the craftsmanship and aesthetic of the period. Overall good condition with patina and nicks and panel scuffs. Wear consistent with age and use; as photographed. Measures – 21″H x 15.25″W x 15.25D.
