This vintage 1930′s black and orange/white slag glass lamp. Was made by the Houze Glass Co. Marion, PA, FOR the Globe Specialty Company. It was made in the 1930s. The name Houze gave to the s lag glass was “Armand, ” named for the founder’s son, Armond. With a corded electric power source and a classic black with a orange/white marbled glass finish, this table lamp exudes elegance and charm. Measures 11.5″ tall, 4.5″ base. Up for sale is a massive, 28-pound Tiffany-style table lamp with a cobweb design and mosaic flowers. It is 26 inches tall and is about 15 inches in diameter at the widest point. Lamp is in good working condition. Has one slightly chipped piece of glass and some noticeable paint loss along the metal rim on the outside of the lamp. A couple small fractures in the branches – they seen more like manufacturing defects rather than damage.
