This beautifully designed lamp features a fully integrated grapevine botanical motif spanning from the heavily detailed cast base through the overlay caramel slag glass shade. The Base & Fluted Column. The heavy, detailed white metal base features a stately, multi-sided fluted architectural column wrapped in an intricate climbing grapevine design, highlighting sculpted three-lobed leaves and cascading grape clusters. The wide, flared foot shows clean radiating classical panels terminating in a highly detailed repeating blossom border. The raw metal underside features a factory-molded, raised “RY” monogram seal in relief alongside the production model/mold number 1802-W. The Shade & Hardware. The six-sided hexagonal frame features an overlay filigree depicting a matching blossomed arbor layered over six gorgeous, heavy caramel and cream opalescent slag glass panels. When lit, it provides a warm, magnificent period glow. The shade sits directly on a heavy structural fixed harp. Shade Width: 17.

Please take a look, ask questions, and let me know if you need any additional pictures. Here’s a really nice fully signed J A Whaley slag glass overly panel lamp in the boudoir or accent size. Nice colors and shape. Shade measures 7 1/2″ square (10 1/2″ in diameter) and lamp stands 13 tall. No chips or cracks in the glass and filigree is all present. Base has a wonderful floral pattern that goes exactly with the design in the shade. Lamp has been wired with period style cloth braided cord and comes ready to use and enjoy. This is a very nice looking little floral overlay boudoir or accent lamp that is in very fine condition overall. If you like lamps or need parts please feel free to look at my other auctions or contact me. That being said, please do not embarrass yourself with a lowball offer thinking you are going to get such a lamp like this. It is just a waste of both of our times. If you want to get a cheap lamp, go to WalMart or Ikea. If you are watching this just to watch and see if it sells, that’s fine.

1920′s Antique Table Lamp, Green Glass Slag Panels, Overlay Design, Orig Brass Base
Up for grabs is an amazing 1920′s table lamp with green slag glass. This 8 panel shade and base are in great condition. There are 2 spots where there are either a crack or a scratch. It is so fine, that I can’t even tell if it’s a crack or merely a scratch. Lamp lights up perfectly and really gives a room a cozy look! Shade is 14 inches across. Lamp stands approximately 25 inches high. My great grandmother was the original owner of this lamp and the lamp base is the original one that came with the shade. Thanks a lot for looking. Antique Arts & Crafts Tree Overlay Slag Glass Boudoir Lamp
I searched this lamp over looking for marks and could not find a thing on this wonderfully executed lamp. The base and shade are made of spelter and retains original verdigris finish. The harp is made of bronze. Measures 14 1/2″ in height, 5 1/2″ in width, and is 5 1/2 in depth. Very good condition with some chips to edge of panels that are covered be fram and are not visible from the exterior. There is some wear to finish on base. One panel has a crack but is stable in the frame. Turns on when acorn pull is pulled.
NW Art Shade Co Chicago Slag Glass Lamp Antique 1920s Metal Overlay Lighted Base
This authentic, museum-quality circa 1920 Art Nouveau slag glass table lamp was meticulously crafted by the prestigious N. Art Shade Company of Chicago, Illinois, and serves as an exceptional investment piece for serious antique collectors. Standing as a premier example of the late Art Nouveau period, this rare model features six curved, amber-and-blue variegated slag glass panels housed beneath an incredibly intricate, heavy metal overlay depicting an elegant garden arbor scene populated with whimsical cherub and putti figures. Structurally distinct, the piece boasts a highly desirable lighted base that houses an independent internal socket within its matching paneled glass column, allowing the entire lighthouse-style stem to glow with a warm, ambient light alongside the main upper shade. The bottom is marked NW Art Shade Co, but I don’t have a photograph of it as it’s heavy and hard to get a picture of. Measures 27.5″ tall and 19.5″ wide. The lamp is in good condition, no cracked or broken panels. But some panels do have chipping around the inside edges that is covered by the metal framing and is normal for panel mounted slag glass lamps. There’s also some damage to the metalwork around the base. One pair of cats scrollwork is missing and two of the maidens have a broken bushel. Some of the panels have an unsoldered tip to the trellis.
