Here is a recent estate find. This is a Rare Antique Working 1914 Parker Fancy Art Nouveau Bronze Vase Urn Table Lamp with Leaded Glass Shade, Made by the Charles Parker Lamp Company Meriden Conn. This Has a Heavy Vasiform Bronze Finish Footed Vase Urn Cast Metal Base with Embossed Wave Band Designs in High Relief! The Base is Signed Underneath The Charles Parker Co. This is Has Dual Brass Sockets with Pull Chain Switches, and also a Cord Switch. The Light Works when Plugged in, But Cord Switch is Not Working and Pull Chains have Resistance and Need Attention. The Shade is a Hexagonal Six Sided Shade, and Has a Metal Frame with Leaded Glass Panels with Geometric Patterns in Caramel and Colored Glass. The Shade Itself Measures approx. 8 1/2″ Tall with a 18 1/2″ x 16 Base. The Lamp Measures approx. This is in Decent Original Condition, With Some Wear From Age. The Base Has Some Gilt Loss and Some Dings, And Shade has a Couple Hairlines Near The Top, See Photos, Condition As Pictured. This Might be Just What You Have Been looking For! Antique Art Nouveau Bronze, Slag Glass Table Lamp Early 1900s By Salem Bros. Please see all the photos for the condition and the dimensions. This fabulous lamp is in great condition for its age. No chips or cracks. The bronze part has some discoloration. It needs to get polished and cleaned. The glass is so pretty. This lamp was made by Salem bros company. It’s marked on the bottom as shown in the photos. The dimensions are about 23″ H X 16.5″ D. It weighs about 14 LB. This lamp is so beautiful. It will be wrapped very carefully. Spectacular caramel colored Slag glass table lamp with filigree overlay shade. Bronze base with no makers-mark under the base. This stunning Art Nouveau / Arts & Crafts slag glass table lamp (circa 1910) has no markings. It’s incredibly gorgeous!! It is very cleanly cast, has an elegant design and a shade that lights up beautifully! The shade has 6 cut pieces of slag glass within 6 sided panels with metal filigree overlay between them. This type of shade is actually rare as it is labor intense because of the many intricate metal filigree overlay on the glass sections. The light shows so warmly through the caramel glass lamp shade. The elegantly embossed poppy leaf flower design on the middle of lamp and the 12 petal ribbon design at bottom of base of this bronze table lamp provides a warm inviting glow as well. Additionally, the intricate poppy flower metal overlay runs between the 6 caramel slag glass pieces and along the scalloped border edge shade which adds to the warm glow thrown off by this lamp. There is a lovely art nouveau metal finial that holds the shade in place on to a heavy metal bronze base. The base at the top has 2 long tassel pull chain sockets. There is a switch on the wiring for easy turn on and off. The lamp is approx. 24″ tall, the shade is 18 1/2″ across and the base is 8 across. Lamp is very rare. Made of copper based wrought bronze. It is not magnetic so there is no iron in it. Weighs over 20 pounds. Bronze Handel plaque is on the underside of the base. It measures 23 inches high, 20 inches wide, and 8 inches deep. It has colored slag glass shades. 2 glass pieces are missing and one has a crack near the corner. The wiring is a double cord wrapped in electrical tape. It may need rewiring. The lights turn on. The lamp was made in 1910.
