Fine Early 20th C. American Slag Glass Lamp Shade Copper Top. From a antique building in Lakeland Fl. Point to point across from the bottom is 15 1/2″ and 13 1/2″ across from flate panel to flate glass panel. About 8 from bottom of panel to bottom of copper 90 degrees. About 10 from bottom rim to top of copper dome 90 degrees. Some deterioration and pitting around lower rim see photos.

Up for your consideration is a a large antique slag glass shade, c. The shade is in excellent structural condition, but was originally painted with stenciling, which would be best if it was removed with a scrub pad. It takes a little work, but you will end up with a beautiful, large shade. The piece measures 20.75″ in diameter, and the shade is 9″ in tall. It will fit on virtually any standard lamp base. Excellent original condition, no damage to the glass or filigree. The shade had stenciled paint on the outside, which can be removed (relatively easily) with a scrub pad. I cleaned most of one panel to show you. There are also some black pinpoint dots on the shade (pits), which were from manufacture. This quote is for the Continental U. Up for your consideration is an antique scenic slag glass lamp made by Miller Lamp Co. The two tone shades are blue and purple when unlit, but a the purple turns a fiery orange when illuminated. The base is not original, but a nice match. It has a 1 silver extension (as seen on the photos of the top of the lamp base). The shade has been professionally repainted, with a period color brown finish as the old patina was worn. There is some minor separation (1/8) between a few panels and the very top of the shade. The glass is stable and stays in place. The lamp has been rewired, and both sockets and pull chains work properly. The finial may not be original. The lamp presents well, has been professionally rewired, and is ready for immediate use. The piece measures 24.5″ tall, and the shade is 17″ in diameter. This quote is for the Continental U. Thank you for the interest in this item. Antique Old American Art Nouveau Floral Bent Slag Glass Lamp Shade & Base Lamp. This is a nice old antique American Art Nouveau Arts & Crafts Period lamp. The lamp has the eight panel bent slag glass lamp shade and floral base. The lamp is not marked by the maker (see photos). The lamp is made of mixed materials including a white metal Spelter and Iron (see photos). The lamp is from a fine estate liquidation (see photos). The glass in the lamp shade has no cracks to the glass panels (see photos). The lamp in total measures about 20 inches high and it is about 14.5 inches wide at the base of the shade. This shade portion without the base in total measures about 7 inches high and it is about 14.5 inches wide at the base of the shade. The lamp is missing the upper cap finial. The lamp has paint finish losses and signs of wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item). 1920′s Six Panel Native American Indian and Horse Blue Slag Glass Table Lamp. Nice Scarce Vintage Estate Find 1920′s Six Panel Lamp Shade Blue Slag Glass and Metal 7 1/2 High Handel Era Spelter & Slag Glass Table Lamp Shade Indian and Horse Motif Design. What an interesting find. From a local estate, a beautiful vintage Piece Nice detail and eye appeal. Shade dates from the late 19teens to the 1920′s. Six identical panels make up the shade. Each panel is held in place with a soldered brass holder. The metal design of the outer shade appears to be spelter finished with a bronze look. No marks that I could find. Each panel base measures approx. 7 and each panel top measures approx. ” Width of shade from flat side to flat side is 12″ and from angle point to angle point is 14 1/4. 1 of the panels has 2 cracked pieces that have been taped together. The Bronze Stand Measures 14 tall to top of the Fixture. The Base weighs around 3 lbs and the Shade weighs over 7 lbs. Will need cleaning because of dust. Fresh from a Brooklyn New York estate, we have a great pleasure to offer you this gorgeous Antique American MILLER – BIRD Leaded Slag Glass Lamp. Beautiful Handel Era example, with a superb quality bronzed metal base, heatcap and finial. Shade is featuring gorgeous green tones, pink flowers, and birds. Sockets with long chains. Good overall condition, shows lightest age use wear, with expected scattered heat cracks but no loss to glass (please see photos). There was a brass plate added at the later date, to better support the shade see photos – gold bronze plate between the finial and heatcap. Attention grabbing large size, 23. ” tall to the tip of the finial, while the shade is 18″ diameter wide, and approx 8 tall, while the base is approx. 8.5 diameter wide.
