Thats a huge savings overall for sure. I have for sale this excellent and well documented Wilkinson leaded lamp. This is a very nice looking and nicely designed arts and crafts geometric lamp for sure. This lamp is a full sized lamp and measures in at 24 inches tall with the shade being 18.5 inches wide. The base with no breaks, cracks, or losses in the metalware and in fine working order. The base also in excellent original patina throughout and in very nice condition. The original matching sockets are P and Ss and come with their original matching acorn pulls. The leaded shade also in very good overall condition and structurally sound throughout. The leading tight and right and the glass quality/coloration very good as you can see how nice this lights up in the photos. No glass loss and only a couple age lines here or there to be seen. Please take a look, ask questions, and let me know if you need any additional pictures. This is truly an exceptional example of one of Wilkinson’s popular peony boarder table lamps. I have owned MANY examples of this lamp over the years and have saved this particular one in my personal collection until now. It is a very special example that uses deep blue boarder glass. I will let my pictures do the talking here but if you are looking at this lamp and are familiar with Wilkinson there really doesn’t need to be much of a description. The shade is 18′ in diameter and the lamp stand 25 1/2 tall. It is ALL ORIGNAL. A few cracks here and there, but nothing serious. The base is 100% original as well with its. It has been recently wired with period style cloth. Cord and comes ready to use and enjoy. This is probably THE BEST example of this lamp out there. If you like lamps or need parts. Feel free to look at my other auctions or contact me. That being said, please do not embarrass yourself with a lowball offer thinking you are going to get such a lamp like this. Really nice form with thick a great design of yellow flowers and green leaves. In terms of size, the shade measures 7 1/2″ square and lamp is 15 1/2″ tall. In terms of condition I see no cracks or chips and the glass and the filigree is all good and original. The pot metal base has much of its original gold wash finish and what looks like its original socket with a ball ended pull chain. It has been recently wired and comes ready to use and enjoy. Antique early Arts and Crafts Mission Table Lamp Slag Glass Prairie tall
From an estate of a Victorian Lighting dealer. A good looking tall lamp designed during the arts and crafts movement. Unsigned as to Maker. Early arts and crafts leaded lamp – brass tone base, magnet wont stick. Constructed with amber caramel color slag glass with a deep brownish? Colored slag grass trim at both top and bottom of this unique shade. NOTE: as said this lamp has a unique feature in that it has 4 fitter receivers attached to the shades interior walls designed. To accommodate each of the lamp bases 4 arms. The overall height of lamp fully assembled is approx. 20.5 tall and weighs approx. The shade measures approx. 12 x 12 at the bottom and is 7.5 tall. The bulb socket has a working pull on / off bead chain ending with an attached acorn trim piece. Lamp was rewired sometime in its life utilizing I presume its old plug /. One of the fitter receivers attached to the shade is loose on one end, still supportive I presume if re-heated it will correct? Or need a a tad of. Lead to adhear or… Use it the way it is. A slag glass panel has a – tight – crack, see last photos. NOTE: I just mention above issues for accuracy, they are not noticeable at 1st glance or prove offensive. Handel Arts Crafts Mission Antique Slag Glass Leaded Lamp Bradley Hubbard Era
That’s huge overall savings folks. I have for sale this super nice and full sized Handel/Unique arts and crafts leaded lamp. This is a supercool lamp folks so pay attention lol. This lamp is in very good overall condition and needs no excuses. The base in very good original condition and presents itself very well as you can see. It also has three matching Hubbell sockets all in matching excellent patina and with matching acorn pulls, and its also been recently rewired with proper period style cloth cord and old style plug. The base signed on the bottom with a Handel cloth tag. Now onto the shade. The shade in great coloration with very vibrant glass and in a excellent arts and crafts geometric design. The shade in excellent original condition and needing zero excuses. The leading all tight and right throughout and no loose glass pieces. The pictures as you see them is from three 7 watt bulbs thats it. Not 15, 25, 40s or 60s just 7s. Thats how vibrant this glass is. The patina on the leading just excellent throughout, with the leading all tight and right everywhere. A stray tight age line here or there, maybe 2-3 total out of probably 300 pieces of glass so thats quite an achievement for its age. This has been a well maintained lamp for the past 100+ years. It measures 23.5 inches tall with the shade being 16.5 inches wide. Simply a great great lamp from one of the greatest makers ever and in fantastic overall condition. Please Check out my other items!
