Beautiful Antique Arts & Crafts Chandelier. Gorgeous antique original piece! From an antique lighting restoration company in Boston whose owners have since retired – see and watch our store for more unique beauties. A true original piece from the late 1800′s to early 1900′s. The chandelier is constructed of iron, the rod is decorated about halfway down by two decoratively curled, twisted iron bands, from which suspend two chains that connect with the body at the arms. The focal point of this chandelier is the amazing green slag glass framed behind riveted iron in a hexagon shape. The piece finishes with two side lights with curled leaves under the sockets. Freshly rewired, cleaned, polished, and ready to hang and enjoy. Made of wrought iron, metal, brass and slag glass. No chips, cracks or gouges in the metals – just some small rubs and scratches in the finish here and there, mostly on the painted finish of the hexagon frame (see closeups). No chips or cracks in the green slag glass – so stunning! The brass Bryant sockets have been cleaned, rewired, tested and are working great. Use 3 standard-base light bulbs up to 60 watts, or use LED bulbs for any brightness you like as they use low wattage for bright light. Bulbs not included, but shown as examples of styles you might like. Or you can pick it up at our office in Bristol, VA. We are here to help if you have any questions! 26 wide at edge of arms. 47 total drop length / height. If you need it to be longer, you can add chain at the top (or attached another pole) and then another ceiling canopy at the ceiling. If you need it to be shorter, you would need to have someone cut the main pole and rethread it at the top (this is not a service we offer). The green glass hexagon shade itself measures 17 1/2″ across at the pointed corners (15″ at the straight sides), and is 10 tall including the crown of the frame above the glass. Gothic Antique Mythical dolphin Stained glass slag Hotel Chandelier lamp heavy
Up for your consideration is a outstanding Antique Mythical dolphin Stained glass slag Hotel Chandelier lamp Very heavy.. Not exactly sure how this thing was mounted.. Obviously missing the chain and electrical ballast… It’s very heavy. Certainly a one of a kind piece. It’s wrapped with mythical dolphins or coy fish. It has paint loss.. I don’t see any cracks in the Stained glass. There is one place where the fish’s fins are supposed to come together, but it looks like it’s either missing or maybe it was meant to be like that. It is kind of a clean brake. This should be seen in the photos… If you need more photos, feel free to reach out. I was told that it most likely came out of a Lake 1800s early 1910s Hotel in South Florida Miami.. It has a really cool Gothic look.. Perfect for a repurpose project. Definitely a statement piece. Measurements are in the photos. I believe that the larger part would have been suspended from the ceiling so that you could see the fish.. Green Slag Glass Panel Chandelier Porch Lamp Light Hanging Victorian House
A great vintage hanging lamp. Has green slag glass panels. Frame looks to be brass or bronze or similar metal. Not sure of the age or origin. There is some finish wear and oxidation. Measures roughly 9″ tall and 6-1/4″ square. Lights OK, no bulb included. No official hanger that I see. Has several feet of cord. Vintage Lotus Swag Lamp Light Chandelier Mid Century Slag Tiffany Panel Lighting
This list is one of the very best lotus lights I’ve ever come across. It is absolutely gorgeous! The outside shade is 16 in wide. The inside shade is 10 in wide. The light itself is 10 in tall and has over 9 ft of chain and cord. This light is in beautiful condition. No chips or cracks. I will have to dismantle partially for the safety of both shades. Beautiful artisan handcrafted original antique fixture! This is one of the most amazing artisan-crafted chandeliers we’ve ever been able to offer. From the Arts & Crafts era when craftsmen were producing amazing handmade piece of lighting art. A stunning addition to your Mission Bungalow Arts & Crafts decor. This is an unsigned piece, in the Stickley Mission style. It now has freshly updated wiring, the sockets have been cleaned, rewired, and tested, and it’s working well and ready to hang and enjoy. From a large antique lighting collection in Boston – see and watch our store for more from this amazing collection. A handmade piece of lighting art, circa 1910. Made of wood, possibly oak, with a dark stained finish. Some light finish wear here and there (see closeups). Most of the joints in the shades are dovetailed / mitered instead of screwed / nailed. This adds to the antique personality because a few of the joints have had some movement, however, this doesn’t affect the sturdiness or use (see closeups). The caramel slag / stained glass shades are gorgeous, with no cracks. One has an edge chip (see closeup). Each shade has 2 screws on the inside to attach it to the arm. Use 4 standard-base light bulbs up to 60 watts or use LED bulbs for any brightness you like as they use low wattage for bright light. You can also pick it up at our office in Bristol, VA. Total height including the ceiling mount and shades: 20 (if you need to lengthen it, we could add chain at the top – send us a message with your needs). Total width at edges of glass shades: 27.
