Antiaque Salem Bros. Bent Slag Glass Lamp Bradley & Hubbard Miller Handel styles
This is a really good looking Salem Brothers Bent Slag Glass Lamp. The lamp stands 23 inches tall on its 7 inch wonderfully sculpted cast iron base. The lamp is heavy, weighing in at over 15 pounds. Really a good looking lamp with about all of its original patinated gold finish, near how it came from the studio. The overlay Bent Caramel Slag Glass shade is 15 or 16 inches in diameter, depending on measuring flats or corners and is 8 inches tall. All the wonderful sculpted flower and leaf overlay is complete with really fine detailing. All the glass is complete with no cracks or missing chips. The base is marked on the bottom with the Salem Brothers logo. The lamp has been correctly rewired and works perfectly. Just a great Salem Brothers lamp for your home or office. A very large incredible antique all original extremely rare mission arts and crafts slag glass chandelier in excellent condition. This is the one of the most beautiful shades on e-bay and certainly one of the rarest and most beautiful that’s ever been on e-bay for that matter. The original dark patina on the real hammered bronze frame is in excellent untouched condition with no loss anywhere on the entire shade frame. This is truly a master work very thick and heavy of the highest quality certainly from one of the best makers. This shade is dirty because it has been stored for more than fifty years and could use a cleaning that would only enhance the beauty of the original incredible slag glass in this shade. They used some of the most beautiful slag you will ever see anywhere it is full of color and fire the photo’s truly don’t do it any justice at all. I don’t get to say this very often but there are no cracks anywhere in the all original very beautiful slag glass panels. The workmanship on this shade is beyond a equal. I’ve never seen another like it and to find it in this nearly perfect all original condition is truly a rare find. The shade is 24″ at its widest point by 13″ tall. RARE Double Tulip Antique Bent Slag Glass Lamp Shade #1 of 2
This is a rarer form of the glass tulip shade featuring a beautiful color combination of green and a soft shade of pink. It is larger than the single tulip shades so please take note of the actual size. It can be used in a number of ways. The second smaller shade in my last photo is for sale in a separate listing. Dimensions: 2 1/4″ fitter, 6 1/2″ tall, about 7 across the widest part. Condition: Green / pink glass is in great shape, no cracks. A small leaf of brass is missing as shown in last photo. SIGNED BRADLEY & HUBBARD ARTS & CRAFTS SLAG GLASS LAMP c1905 ANTIQUE NOUVEAU
For sale is a stunning antique slag glass lamp made around 1905 by Bradley & Hubbard. It stands about 22″ high, and the 8-sided shade measures about 19″ in diameter at its widest point. The lamp features a beautiful stylized palm frond overlay on the shade, with a similar motif on the metal base. The stained slag glass features incredible greens, yellows, and reds. The style of this lamp harkens to both Arts and Crafts as well as Art Nouveau styling. Condition of this lamp is very fine estate condition – please see condition description and photos for important condition details. I do not know if the light socket assembly is original or not. The lamp appears to have been rewired at some point as it has a plastic covered cord and a plug that likely dates from the 1930′s. The lamp has a “B&H” stamp on the bottom that is revealed when the bottom plate is loosened and rotated. The shade is stamped “Pat’d Aug 1 05″ along one of the metal rails. Exceptional Bent Slag Glass Art Nouveau Lamp 26 1/2 Handel Miller B & H Era. We are pleased to offer for sale this gorgeous vintage Art Nouveau style bent slag glass table lamp. This lamp is 26 1/2″ tall to the top of the finial and the shade is 20″ in diameter from corner to corner. The shade has six multicolored slag glass panels with beautiful intricate filigree detail. The panels have the same design but each has a unique look because of the various brilliant colors of glass. The condition of the shade is excellent with no chips, cracks or repairs. The filigree has no missing pieces. The base has some crazing and paint chips (see photos). Lamp has double sockets with two pull chains. There is no makers name on this lamp but it is the style and era of Handel, Miller and Bradley and Hubbard. This lamp is a wonderful work of art and we will package it with utmost care in two boxes. STUNNING Antique Arts Crafts Slanted Slag Glass Ornate Scenic 6 Panel Lamp Shade. Condition is “Used” with some paint/enamel wear throughout. Some light rust on the other side lip, see photos. Its a metal with a cream enamel, hints of color throughout to accentuate the scene. The bottom glass is made to look like grass the the top has a blue with spots of purple for maybe a sunset. The home has a fireplace going, super cozy, super detailed, I have not seen another like it. No damage to glass or metal as far as cracks or repairs, it is old, it is not mint condition.
