A great estate sale find. This lamp has what looks to be the original cord. It is well frayed and needs replaced. I have not plugged in as there are bare wires. Two of the small panels are cracked. This is a heavy lamp. The base is 15 inches tall with bulb socket. Base is 7 by 7 inches. Shade is 12 by 12 inches. Shade is 8 inches tall. Is missing one thumb screw of three that hold the shade in place. Total height is about 22 inches.

Lamp height from base to top of the finial is about 22″, and the base of the lamp is 6″ in diameter. The Finial is 3-1/2 long. This listing is for a vintage 2 Armed student / bankers desk lamp with two striking multicolor Slag Glass Shades. The colors are almost a watermelon scheme, with red green white etc. It has a strong art nouveau influence, especially in the base which has a lily pad motif and long curling vines which go up the lamps base. It is definitely vintage, not sure if it is an antique original though. The glass appears old enough but Im not sure about the base. The weight has been replaced with one from a modern lamp due to rust on the original. A very impressive piece overall, sure to draw the attention of and compliments from your guests. The design is excellent for many rooms and a large variety of decor styles. It makes this an excellent staple piece for your collection, one your friends definitely won’t have!
