Dating to the 1910s, this lamp represents the pinnacle of Prairie School design. The heavy, architectural cast metal base features bold geometric lines and is clearly stamped “B&H 216″ on the underside. The matching hexagonal shade boasts an intricate metal overlay in a stylized chevron pattern, perfectly framing the original, glowing panels of green and red/amber streaked slag glass. The inner rim of the shade frame is marked with the patent date PAT’D OCT. Both the base and shade feature a beautiful, original green verdigris patina. The height of the lamp as shown is 27. The base has 2 pull chain sockets. It has been recently rewired with a rayon cord. The diameter of the base is 10. Original Natural Gas Antique Bradley & Hubbard Mission Green Slag Cast Iron Lamp. This is still the original natural gas powered lamp and has not been converted to electric. No markings that I can see but matches 2 other Bradley & Hubbard lamps online. The lighted picture was done with a flashlight to show the glass. RC can for reference only. One of the lower panel glass is cracked and missing a small piece. I did find replacements online but a collector said to leave it and was more valuable as is. Could be easily converted to electric if desired. Cast Iron, Glass and a Brass gas burner Weighs about 15 lbs.

This Antique Rainaud A & R Co. Caramel Slag Glass Table Lamp with Original Wiring is a vintage piece from the 1920s, featuring a classic Art Nouveau style with a pull chain control and a round 8 panel Carmel Slag Glass shade. I did some research on this lamp and believe it to be a Rainaud. The only marking that I can see is on the bottom of the base and it says A & R Co (see pictures). The shade measures 17 inches across and it is 22.5 inches in height. There are 8 glass panels. From what I can tell the lamp is in very good shape for its age. All glass intact, no chips or cracks noted. All the clips on the back of the glass seem to be intact. The wiring is original and does show wear (again please see pictures), but with bulbs inserted both sockets light as they should.

There are some repaired stress cracks at the top where the shade sits. The wiring has been recently redone with a rayon cord. The diameter of the base is 7 1/2 so it will fit on any table.
