Please take a look, ask questions, and let me know if you need any additional pictures. Here’s a really nice fully signed J A Whaley slag glass overly panel lamp in the boudoir or accent size. Nice colors and shape. Shade measures 7 1/2″ square (10 1/2″ in diameter) and lamp stands 13 tall. No chips or cracks in the glass and filigree is all present. Base has a wonderful floral pattern that goes exactly with the design in the shade. Lamp has been wired with period style cloth braided cord and comes ready to use and enjoy. This is a very nice looking little floral overlay boudoir or accent lamp that is in very fine condition overall. If you like lamps or need parts please feel free to look at my other auctions or contact me. That being said, please do not embarrass yourself with a lowball offer thinking you are going to get such a lamp like this. It is just a waste of both of our times. If you want to get a cheap lamp, go to WalMart or Ikea. If you are watching this just to watch and see if it sells, that’s fine.
Lamp Slag Glass Antique Black Eyed Susan Daisy Floral Art Nouveau Table Lamp
Absolutely beautiful antique slag glass table lamp featuring creamy caramel and ivory marbled glass panels surrounded by an ornate dark metal floral overlay decorated with hand-painted yellow Black-Eyed Susan / daisy flowers. The floral design continues beautifully onto the round base, making this lamp especially striking from every angle. When illuminated, the warm caramel and cream slag glass glows beautifully and highlights the natural variations within each glass panel. The shade features curved slag glass panels individually held within the metal framework, with openwork stems, leaves, flower buds and dimensional yellow blossoms. The tall fluted column flows into a coordinating round floral base. Its construction and styling are characteristic of early 20th-century American Art Nouveau slag glass lighting. The lamp has been professionally rewired with a beautiful period-appropriate green cloth-covered twisted cord and acorn-style plug. It has been tested and is working, as shown in the photographs. Handel Style Leaded Glass Table Lamp – Reproduction. This high-quality reproduction table lamp features a domed leaded glass shade composed of a geometric grid of variegated green and cream slag glass, accented by a lower border of pink floral blossoms and dark green leaves. The shade rests on a substantial metal base with a dark verdigris patina and a vase-form column molded with stylized geometric scrollwork. It is not an original Handel lamp. The fixture includes a three-socket cluster operated by acorn pull chains and is topped with a pierced metal heat cap. The underside of the base is covered in felt. The lamp is fully functional at the time of listing. Approximate dimensions: 23″ H x 18″ diameter shade. Please review all photos carefully as they form part of the description. Bradley & Hubbard Arts & Crafts 4-Panel Floral Overlay Slag Glass Lamp c1920. The lamp features a striking four-panel pyramidal shade meticulously crafted from variegated slag glass. Each of the four glass panels is enhanced by an intricate cast metal overlay, depicting a stylized floral and foliate motif. This detailed metalwork, likely bronze or a bronze-patinated alloy, is a hallmark of the Arts & Crafts aesthetic, emphasizing craftsmanship and naturalistic ornamentation. As the title says, this measures approximately 22 inches high. The base is bronze and in the pattern of a tree. The base diameter measures approximately 7 and 3/4 inches. The cord is in great condition, and measures approximately 80 long. I think this takes a three-way bulb, but I’m not sure as I don’t have a three-way bulb to test it. The slag glass lamp shade has a floral pattern and it is approximately 14-1/4″ to 14- 1/2″ in diameter. So it’s not perfectly round. It does have minor scratches here and there and mold marks in the glass pieces that may resemble cracks or damage, but they are not as I have examined them very carefully. Altogether this weighs approximately 8 pounds 12 oz. Please check pictures as they are part of the description. I recycle boxes and packaging materials. I pack with great care. Antique Metal Slag Glass Ornate 4 Panel Table Lamp 23 Tall. This is an antique Edward Miller Bent 4 panel slag glass table lamp with an Art Nouveau style floral and swag design. The lamp is made of heavy weight metal with an original painted finish that has chips from age and usage. This updated lamp has an updated electrical cord. It was manufactured in the United States by Edward Miller & Company based in Meriden, Connecticut USA. It is heavy weight and weighs 5 1/4 pounds unboxed. Wilkinson Leaded Slag Stained Glass Floral Lamp Handel Duffner Tiffany Era
Please take a look, ask questions, and let me know if you need any additional pictures. This is a really nice looking and early floral lamp by Wilkinson. The reason I say early is due to the use of curved glass in the shade, which was done earlier on. This pattern with the floral border is fairly common in Wilkinson, but the later versions have all flat glass. I will let my pictures do most of the talking here, and from them you can see the multicolored floral apron with a brickwork upper part. This is a full sized and very impressive leaded floral lamp with a 18 1/2″ diameter shade that stands 24″ tall. Its in excellent, all original condition and appears to have been very well cared for in its over 120 year life! I see maybe 2 or 3 cracks here and there throughout the shade (which is itself pretty remarkable), and no repairs or replaced pieces. The use of bent glass and really thin lead lines attests to the quality of this maker and really adds to the beauty of the lamp. The base is super heavy and has a wonderful dark brass colored finish. It has all of its original hardware and has recently been rewired with period style cloth braided cord. Wilkinson made some really great lamps and because of the bent panels in this one, I’d say it is one of their better early floral ones.
