Antique Brass Embossed Ceiling Fixture Greek Key 5 Handel Lamp Slag Glass Shade
Up for sale is this very nice antique brass ceiling fixture with 5 slag glass shade all sigh by Handel , Fixture is in good condition with minor issue for the age and this kind of fixture , wiring is redone , working order. Size with shade in place is 20 inches in diameter and near 30 inches tall , each shade are 5 1/2 in diameter and 5 height. Each shade will be put in a small box to protect them. What a SPECTACULAR piece! For sale is this Antique Art Nouveau Filigree Caramel Slag Glass Table Lamp W/ Greek Goddess Base. This is truly a piece of art. I believe the lamp shade is earlier than the base. Base is still vintage, but not quite as early as the shade. They pair up perfectly though, like they were meant for each other. Has a brass look to it, but again not sure. Lamp is in o verall very good vintage condition, especially considering its age. Works great just as it should. ALL the glass is intact with NO chips, cracks, or breaks. You are getting everything that is pictured. Antique Greek Key Arts & Crafts Bradley & Hubbard Slag Glass Desk Lamp B & H
Offered is an antique Bradley and Hubbard Greek Key slag glass Arts and Crafts desk lamp. Solid brass base and arm has minimum of tarnish with a recent polish. It is not lacquered and will tarnish but waxing will allow to develop a nice patina. Lamp stands 13 1/2″ tall and 18 3/4″ wide. Shade is 6 1/4 square. Please see all pictures as they are part of description. Overall very good working condition. Glass is apparently original and is not damaged. Brass base has a recent polish but is not lacquered. There are some very light scratches but nothing serious and no dents in base. Ink well liners are missing (I assume it had these but maybe not) and there is tarnish in the wells. White metal portion of shade has been painted gold. Brass portion of shade and the shade mount has minor dings (see close-ups). Twisted cloth wiring is recent and Perkins turn key socket works well. Ink well tops do not self center and the hinges allow to move sideways but it was made that way. Lamp will be double boxed.
