Antique Arts & Crafts Era Copper & Green Slag Glass Hanging Light. Material: Copper Frame & Green Slag Glass & Brass Chain. Ca 1900 – 1920. Measurements: approximately 8″ height to top, base measures approximately 12″ square. Condition: good, and works fine….. This lamp was rewired. Notice in the photographs that there are scratches on the copper frame, including a 1.25 scratch (which has a sticky residue) on the upper copper frame. These scratches may not show when the lamp is hung from the ceiling, it just depends on how far the lamp descends from the ceiling. This ceiling light is a nice antique arts & crafts era fixture and gives a nice color when lit. It could hang above the table, or above your desk, or above the game or pool table… You know where your house needs light.

Antique B&H Art Deco Art Nouveau Slag Glass Lamp with Rare 4-Arm Spider Frame
For Your Consideration. Antique Bradley and Hubbard Art Deco/Nouveau Slag Glass Lamp with Spider Frame. This truly beautiful B&H Slag Glass Lamp features a unique “spider” frame – 4 solid arms upon which the shade rests. The 8 panel shade is a creamy beige and white slag glass, and each panel is snugly held in place by the hooks on each individual piece/section. The ornate design on the shade is Art Deco or even Art Nouveau, and is intricately stunning. The base is solid and marked on the bottom side with the number 200. The cord is extra long and in excellent shape. There are no flaws or issues other than some normal aging (base has a slightly worn area as pictured) and there appears to have been a repaired crack on one panel near the thinnest end. I pictured it close up from the inside and the outside, but its barely noticeable from the inside and unnoticeable from the outside. I just wanted to disclose it as when I run my finger over it I can feel it was glued or somehow repaired. It’s about half inch long and the width of a human hair – very thin and very fine. I examined the lamp time and again and I can say its otherwise perfect. I especially love the spider frame as it lends sturdiness to the overall piece and plus, it’s so unique. The light thrown from the lamp is calming and lovely – like stepping back in time; more than 100 years back! The measurements are 22″ Tall from the base to the top of the filial, and the shade is 14.5″ wide in diameter. Very good working condition, minor damage to the shade’s frame, discoloration of metal components overall. Please scroll down for details. This vintage 8 panel slag glass table lamp features caramel glass panels with green glass trim. The shade’s frame is decorated with bows at the top of each panel and wreaths set against a lattice style background on the bottom border. The gold tone metal and brass base is decorated with flowers and beads. The lamp measures 22 3/4 high including the finial. Circa early 1900′s. Vintage Slag Glass Table Lamp 8 Panel Caramel & Green Brass Frame 22 3/4. This vintage slag glass table lamp features 8 caramel and 8 green panels. Each panel on the shade’s brass (or white metal) and metal frame is decorated with a bow at the top. The side sections of frame have a Greek key design and the lower section features a Laurel leaf wreath against a lattice style background. The lamp has a metal base that is decorated with flowers and beads. The stem is brass or white metal and resembles stalks of wheat wrapped with a ribbon. The lamp has 2 pull chain sockets. There is discoloration on the brass and/or metal components overall. The chain pulls are different; one chain has a bell form pull and the other has a glass cylinder form pull. The shade is missing the tops to 3 bows. The remaining 5 bows have been bent down by a previous owner, diminishing the visual impact of the missing bows. In addition 3 of the spokes at the center of the shade are disconnected from the center hub (as shown). The shade sits properly on the base and the broken spokes remain strong. Otherwise the lamp is in very good condition. The glass is free of chips, cracks and repairs. The bulbs are not included. The shade measures 16 1/4″ in diameter x 8 1/2″ high. The total height of the lamp is 22 3/4. When wiring and/or connections have been replaced with new, it will be noted in the description. HERE WE HAVE: A vintage, art nouveau style lamp shade frame! Made of a cast metal brass or bronze? With a detailed floral and foliage design in each of the 8 panels. No noted name marking. Curved pieces of slag glass would have originally been behind each panel. There is some wear (light corrosion, color loss) from age and use. Some bends in the metal details. One noted break on one of the stems. Looks like there were some repairs at some point around where the panels meet.
