Beautiful Antique Floor Lamp. Working well, freshly updated wiring, and ready for a new life with you. An original antique piece from the 1910s to 1930s with brass pull chain sockets. The brass of the lamp has all been cleaned and polished, the sockets cleaned, polished, rewired and tested, and the painted finish on the base and detail pieces has been refreshed. The painted finish is an antique bronzy-gold color with black dry-brushed in the crevices to show the ornate details. The two glass spacer pieces are Uranium glass and glow under a UV light (as shown). The cast iron base is marked 1605 and H or M inside a circle. No cracks or dents in the brass, no cracks in the cast iron base, no cracks or chips in the glass. The lamp uses 2 standard-base light bulbs up to 60 watts or use LED bulbs for any brightness you like as they use low wattage for bright light. Light bulbs not included. Copper 1920′s Antique Lamp. This lovely lamp is a true 1920′s beauty. It is made of copper, wood and brass with a copper plated metal weighted base to make it weighted enough to hold a stained glass shade. It weighs 6.5 pounds. The brass Paulding pull chain sockets have been cleaned and tested and are working great. The copper has been lightly buffed to bring out the pretty details, while keeping the beautiful patina. No chips or cracks in the copper, the wood block at the base has some tiny dings on the edges which just add antique personality, and the brass socket covers have normal hairline splits in the brass that don’t affect the use and will be covered with your lamp shade (see closeups). The lamp uses 2 standard-base light bulbs up to 60 watts, or use LED bulbs for any brightness you like as they use low wattage for bright light (bulbs not included). Antique Arts Crafts Deco Table Lamp For Reverse Painted Slag Stained Glass Shade
Gorgeous Original Antique Lamp. Lovely RESTORED antique condition! Working well and freshly rewired with vintage style cloth cord and Bakelite plug. No maker’s marks on the lamp itself, but a catalog number 1735 on the bottom. Probably circa early 1900′s – the type of base typical for use with Tiffany style, reverse painted or slag glass shades. Nice, ornate cast design – poppy floral motif around the base and on the central column, alternating with cabbage leaves on top of the base and the top of the column. This is a heavy 5.5 pound well-made piece. Beautiful polished brass with the original antique bronze finish on the cast iron base. The brass sockets are made by Hubbell and have been cleaned, tested, rewired and are working well. Use the cap on the top of the lamp for holding a reverse painted shade with a hole from 2 5/8 inches up to 3 1/4 inches in diameter, or add any stained glass or slag glass shade on the finial post or a lovely fringed shade would look great! A beautiful piece of art and lighting history, restored and ready for a new life with you. Listed here is this lovely Art Deco Slag glass table lamp. It has 16 panels, and having ornate metal frame. The base is simply numbered on the bottom as shown. Apparently no other makers marks. Vintage Agate Slag Glass Double Socket Art Deco Table Lamp with Claw Feet Houze
Wonderful green with caramel streaks agate table lamp. The cord has been replace with a newer repro covered cord. The plug looks like older Bakelite. Nice brass double socket. I knew when I saw it that the brass had to be cleaned, and it turned out great. The finial is a art deco style with green agate ball. Wonderful example of this style lamp. I couldn’t find any marking, but it looks like others I’ve seen that were Houze. It may be uranium, but I have not tested it. The only chip I could find was a small one on the bottom of the ball at the base (see photo). 26 tall (from the base to the top of the finial). Most of my listings are estate sale finds and because I don’t know the history, I can’t guarantee they are from a pet or smoke free home. I try my best to review items for any defects, cracks or chips, and make a note of anything I find in my description. Most if not all antique and vintage pieces have normal wear and some irregularities from the manufacturing process, so please keep that in mind when you are purchasing a used item.
