Antique ART DECO Table Lamp Brown Curved Slag Glass Shade Lady Keeling C. 1920′s
Up for consideration is this Antique Art Deco Figural Lamp Lady Kneeling with Brown Curved Slag Glass Shade, circa 1920′s. It is in very good to excellent antique estate condition. There is what looks like solder on one of the slag glass panels (see photos). There are no chips or cracks in glass but there are light scratches (see photos). Please view all photos carefully as they are a part of the item description. It measures approximately 4.75 inches by 5.5 inches for base, 8 inches in diameter for shade and 23.5 inches tall. 1920′s Empire Lamp Co. Chicago SLAG GLASS Lamp Dogwood Filigree Rare Pattern HTF
1920′s Empire Lamp Co. Chicago SLAG GLASS Lamp & Shade Flower Dogwood Filigree HTF Green. Lamp is dusty/dirty from years in storage. It is the buyers responsibility to clean the lamp. Shade 20″ wide x 10″ from base of shade to top of finial. Lamp and shade 25 tall. Shade measures 62 circumference. Packages will be FULLY INSURED. This is a nice slag glass panel lamp with matching floral motif on the base and shade frame. It has two color slag glass the upper 8 panels are caramel and white, while the bottom 8 panels are caramel, white and green. It has a bronze/gold like finish with slight verdigris in the recessed areas of the surface. This lamp is by the Empire Lamp Company of Chicago, it is unsigned which is often the case with Empire Lamps. It is pictured with various bases in the book Electric Lighting of the 20′s and 30′s, Volume 2 on pages 15, 17 and 18. 1920′s Caramel Slag glass Table Lamp. Measures 12.25″ tall 5.5″ across. Over all very nice condition for it age. It has a couple of small dings in the metal base. The metal around the shade is worn. The slag glass is in good condition but has 2 pieces with small chips on the corners. You do not see these when the shades are in place. It must have happened putting them in or something. 1920′s Six Panel Native American Indian and Horse Blue Slag Glass Table Lamp VTG
1920′s Six Panel Native American Indian and Horse Blue Slag Glass Table Lamp. Nice Scarce Vintage Estate Find 1920′s Six Panel Lamp Shade Blue Slag Glass and Metal 7 1/2 High Handel Era Spelter & Slag Glass Table Lamp Shade Indian and Horse Motif Design. What an interesting find. From a local estate, a beautiful vintage Piece Nice detail and eye appeal. Shade dates from the late 19teens to the 1920′s. Six identical panels make up the shade. Each panel is held in place with a soldered brass holder. The metal design of the outer shade appears to be spelter finished with a bronze look. No marks that I could find. Each panel base measures approx. 7 and each panel top measures approx. ” Width of shade from flat side to flat side is 12″ and from angle point to angle point is 14 1/4. 1 of the panels has 2 cracked pieces that have been taped together. The Bronze Stand Measures 14 tall to top of the Fixture. The Base weighs around 3 lbs and the Shade weighs over 7 lbs. Will need cleaning because of dust.
