This is a Spectacular Early Original Bent Panel Table Lamp (6 panels) in perfect condition, with no major issues. Amber – Beige Opalescent Glass. Very rare condition for it’s age. Antique early 1900s Brass Finish Base to Cap & Finial. Arts & Crafts period – 6 Panel Glass Shade Table Lamp. Mounted on original matched Brass base, Stem and cap / finial with double electric sockets for either of the 2 bulbs to be lit, or both at once, and of course – off. Perfect for a nite light – main lamp combination. Tested and fully working. My pictures are taken with room light on and one bulb / then 2 bulbs lit, and room light off… And finally with non lit, so you can see all the detail. No markings I can find. This lamp, just by the workmanship, says something… Great overall condition, with only slight indication of wear. 22 Overall Height (To Top Of Finial). Shade / Globe Is 18 1/2″ Wide – 8″ Base Diam. Cast brass/pot metal six panel caramel slag glass table lamp. Cut out scenes feature large canopy trees and buildings creating a lovely silhouette when turned on. The glass is all in perfect condition. The lamp is beautiful when lit. The shade measures 15 in diameter and is about 8 tall. The full height of the lamp to the top of the finial is 24. No cracks or chips in the slagglass, the shade has two tiny repairs, because of age see pictures, not at all noticable. 2 bulbs in this lamp that work individually with chains for on/ off. Antique leaded slag stained glass Miller lamp base
I believe this is a Miller lamp base. It has a great grape and leaf motif. The finish is in bad shape though with some areas down to bare metal. It looks like it could’ve been white paint at one point, but the paint that is there looks more tan or light brown now. This would be a great piece to refinish. The sockets are shells only and are stamped Hubbell and Miller Lamps. The base stands about 22.5″ tall and is about 9″ across the bottom. Antique Miller 6 Panel Amber Carmel Slag Glass Library Table Lamp Signed
Early 20th century Miller Lamp Company caramel amber slag glass table lamp with a floral and vine design on shade. And model #242 on the inside cast iron base. Antiqued gold/bronze applied finish to the metal parts. Cast iron lamp shade support, non- magnetic metal on column standard and metal on shade. Metal overlay floral design on shade. Looks like a morning glory flower and leaves/vine. Caramel slag glass with variegated colors of greens, creams, caramel and amber running through the glass. Single pull chain socket. New age appropriate rayon cloth covered cord, acorn round plug and socket has been added to the lamp to update it to working order. Dimensions are 21″ tall overall, 7 7/8″ across the base. The shade is 16 5/8″ across the bottom , 7″ tall and has a 3 3/8 top opening. In very good antique working order. No cracks or breaks to the slag glass. There is some age appropriate finish loss on the base and shade, please see last two photos of this. Some dust under filigree open work on the shade. Sorry to do this and I hope you will stay on as fine and loyal customers. While unsigned, this is a well known, well documented, and desirable Handel base and 10,000% guaranteed to be Handel. It has a beautiful three socket socket cluster and its been recently rewired with correct period style cloth cord and old style plug. The patina nicely aged throughout with only a slight blemish here or there but very very minor in that respect. The base with its matching Handel cap and finial and in fine working order. The glass in this shade is pretty nice as you can see in the photos and i only used two 7 watt bulbs for the photos and look how vibrant the colors are. This is a full sized lamp in that its measuring 21 inches tall and the shade being 18 inches wide. The base is properly signed Bradley and Hubbard underneath the base plate and its in very nice original chocolate brown patina with all three period sockets matching one another and in fine working order. There is no damage at all to the very heavy and well made base. As for the shade that is also in very nice overall condition. Nice quality glass and as you can see it lights up very very nicely. A stray tight age crack here or there, but certainly nothing to be alarmed about as they are very tight and not going anywhere for another 100 years. I see maybe 3-4 thats all. All the leading tight and right and a very nice geometric arts and crafts pattern in the top part of the shade with a stylized flowers and green leaves in the lower part of the shade 360 degrees around the border. All in all a very nice arts and crafts style lamp, by one of the best makers there ever was and in very nice overall condition. You cant beat that. C 1905 Unique Art Glass co. What makes these lamps are the art glasses used in making them. You can find Periwinkle Unique Art lamps but the ones with the right glass explode with beauty when lit! LOOK at the top glass Tiffany used the same glass that’s on the top geometric part of this shade. I think I saw one hairline fracture in one of the green leaves that’s it and that’s from heat normal wear, better than normal it’s amazing! Shade is 16″ wide 9″ deep. Base is gorgeous as well with appropriate cap with attached finial. 3 Eagle sockets with satellite pull chains. Nice brown cloth cord & vintage style plug.
