Here’s a nice, original, complete Handel tree trunk lamp base. These are very versatile and make your Handel overlay, leaded or reverse painted lamp look so much better. This particular one is in very nice condition with its original finish and hardware. 23 1/2″ tall, 8 1/4″ bottom. 3 signed Hubbell sockets with their original porcealin interiors and acorn ended pull chains. Base is prominently stamped HANDEL 5330 on the underside as shown. It has been wired with period style cloth braided cord and a nice old plug and comes ready to use and enjoy. These don’t come up that often so here’s your chance to get one. If you like lamps or need parts please feel free to look at my other auctions or contact me. That being said, please do not embarrass yourself with a lowball offer thinking you are going to get such a lamp like this. It is just a waste of both of our times. Vtg Hanging Slag Glass 3 Light Chandelier Metal Frame with Tree & Grasses Design
Vintage Hanging Slag Glass 3 Light Chandelier Metal Frame with a Tree & Grasses Design Unknown Maker. Would make a great gift for a special occasion, or keep it for yourself! Additional pictures will be posted in the next few days, we just wanted to get this piece listed for our customers to take a look at. Just beautiful colors on the leaded glass lamp shade. The slag glass components are a blue and a light green. The chandelier dates to the circa 1940s to 1950s period. Very intricately detailed metal frame with nice cut out designs of trees and grasses that securely hold the glass and accentuate the beauty of the piece. Just beautiful when lit from behind. All the metal frame seems to be intact, no missing pieces or repairs. We also do not observe any cracks, hairlines or repairs in any of the pieces of slag glass. The brass frame has raised design of trees on the top part and then grasses on lower part of the frame. Frame has a gold colored bronzed look to it. We do not see any maker markings on the chandelier. Looks very similar to Pittsburgh Glass Lighting pieces we have had in the past. Could be marked and we just don’t know what we should be looking for. Hanging chain and the metal plate to go on the ceiling is with the chandelier. The Vtg Slag Glass Chandelier is 12″ tall, by 20″ across the bottom. Other items that can be seen in the pieces are not included, only the slag glass chandelier described here. SLAG LIGHT NO RESERVE! Acquired from an estate sale is this huge antique metal frame hanging light lamp with bent curved slag glass. Featuring a large tree over a small community with sailboats. On/off thumb turn switch is on the cord with a chain. Cord and chain are dusty and need a good cleaning but are intact and good condition. The cord/chain is over 11 feet long. Dimensions: 11 inches tall to the top of the hanging loop, about 8 inches tall to the top of the light fixture, each panel is 8 inches long, diagonally across from point to point is 21 inches and across from side to side is 19 inches. Only one glass panel is cracked. That cracked panel is securely intact and working; barely noticeable from the outside see photos. All glass panels are securely in place. There are no hallmarks as to the maker, age, country &/or region of origin, etc. The light weighs over 16 pounds (with the chain). There is dust on the outside of the light. There is no damage to the metal frame or design. Offered in as found, as is & as seen condition and no guarantees or warrantees. Photos are part of the description see all photos and details. Arts&crafts ML Co. 233 Miller Slag Glass Lamp, Sky House Tree Scene, Polychromed
PLENTY OF PHOTOS, Offering this beautiful Miller lamp with NO RESERVE. On the bottom of base is foundry embossed ML CO. All of this lamp is in original obtained condition from an estate sale of Florida retiree. Both lights and pull chains work. It stands about 22tall. The shade is 16″across the bottom and approx 9″tall.. None of the beautiful varigated slag glass panels are cracked. On the center of the very top of the shade, around the hole, you can see where about half of the circle has a fine stress crack hate to say that for it sounds too severe for it is still secure for use As Is. If you look close, perhaps that very center top of shade had been pushed in ever so little for it to do that. All the photos are true to this lamp. The white finish has remained very good. I do not know what, if any, restoration has been done to this. Perhaps new wiring or cord etc, but unknown to that.. I will let the photos be the best part of description, so please view all.
