An truly outstanding beautiful original super rare very large antique Wilkinson partners desk lamp in very good condition. Extremely heavy for its size. This lamp has a big presence even in a large room. Wilkinson was one of the finest makers of leaded glass and panel lamps of that era, there casting was second to none. The slag glass in this shade is truly outstanding full of color and fire that is often missing in other lamps the photos don’t do it any justice. This lamp has most of its original components even retaining the original Hubbell turn key sockets, final and bake-o-lite wall plug. The casting and overall quality of this lamp is very fine far beyond most. All of the very finely cast metal overlay work is in very good condition with nothing replaced or repaired. On the lower corners of the shades there are 6 of the 16 little tear drops that are missing that will go unnoticed. One of the little tracks came lose that holds a glass panel in place on the lower portion of one shade that was resoldered back into place. The original finish has mostly worn away but it has developed its own patina that presents very well. The original Hubbell turn key light sockets are in perfect working order. The base as well as the shade are finished in a very dark green/grey. I do believe the finish has been redone at some point but looks great. An truly outstanding all original very rare antique signed Tiffany Studios Zodiac desk lamp in excellent nearly perfect condition. Very heavy for its size made from solid bronze. The original bronze patina is in excellent condition. Tiffany studios was the finest maker of that era. The casting and overall quality of this lamp are second to none. Tiffany made several different Zodiac lamp models this model is one of the rarest and it has the pure white slag glass that acts as a reflector on the underside of the shade that is also extremely rare and in perfect condition. The original toggle switch on the base isn’t working so I bypassed it and it now turns on and off by a rotary switch on the cord. I’ve installed a new paper socket liner for safety. This is a nice arts and craft mission style slag class lamp. The lamp has a three way switch I took pictures on each level of lighting. It’s Got 4 slag glass panels as pictured with no chips cracks or repairs. The slag glass has some inconsistencies to glass which is very common with slag glass. The base of the lamp does have some Patina to it which can be repaired easily but I’d rather like it because this is definitely one of the older lamps and not one of the newer ones. It’s got a nice cord on it in working condition as pictured. The lamp stands approximately 23 inches from the bottom to the top of the finial. Handel Arts Crafts Mission Antique Slag Glass Leaded Lamp Bradley Hubbard Era. That’s huge overall savings folks. I have for sale this super nice and larger than normal Handel arts and crafts leaded lamp. This is a supercool lamp folks so pay attention lol. This lamp is in very good overall condition. The wave bottom base semi rare and seldom seen and in very good original condition and presents itself very well as you can see. It also has three matching Hubbell sockets all in matching excellent patina and with matching acorn pulls, and its also been recently rewired with proper period style cloth cord and old style plug. The base signed on the bottom, please see photo, and the patina a beautiful chocolate brown. Now onto the shade. The shade in very nice arts and crafts geometric design and in in very good original condition. The leading all tight and right throughout and no loose glass pieces. The pictures as you see them here from three 7 watt bulbs thats it. Not 15, 25, 40′s or 60′s just 7 watt bulbs. A stray tight age line here or there, as to be expected for a shade 100 years old and several hundred pieces of glass encompassing the making thereof. I count three total. All tight and not going anywhere for another 100-200 years lol. You would have some wrinkles too if you were 100 years old. But the lines dont detract at all from the overall appearance of the shade lit or unlit. This has been a well maintained lamp for the past 100+ years.
