Antique Pittsburgh Slag Glass Lamp
This Antique Pittsburgh Slag Glass Lamp from the 1920s is a beautiful piece of vintage art Nouveau style lighting. Made of glass and metal, it features a unique hexagonal shade with a painted finish. The lamp has a pull chain control and uses incandescent lighting technology. Medium size, this original piece is a true reflection of the era it was manufactured in, making it a valuable addition to any collection or decor. One of the colored glass panes has a crack (see pictures) but it’s never been an issue for us. It was painted at some point in its history but in my opinion that adds to the character and charm this lamp has to offer. The lampshade dimensions are 9.5″ tall and 18.25″ wide at the corners. The lamp itself is 23″ tall with an 8″ base.

The base has at some time been rewired with a gold cloth period cord and has an old Bakelite plug. The base is 20 1/2 high to the top but it can be adjusted to other heights. It is equipped with a single Frankelite turn keysocket. The base is not signed but it is a Pittsburgh marked 1626. It has a Basil Green painted finish. Antique 21 Pittsburgh Lamp Base For Slag or Stained Mosaic Glass Shade
Up for sale is an antique Pittsburgh table lamp base. It measures 21″ tall, just under 16″ tall to the top of the socket and just under 8 in diameter at the base. The lamp has no cord and is untested, although the pull chain appears to operate correctly. There is overall wear and it may or may not have been repainted a very long time ago as there is some paint wear to the outer layer revealing a slightly different color gold below. The lamp has overall wear as you can see in the photos, but there is no damage. Please check out the photos and let me know if you have any questions.

Signed Pittsburgh Antique Slag Glass Double Glass Table Lamp
This antique gothic design Pittsburgh lamp has 12 slag glass panels in the shade. There are 6 large caramel panels and 6 smaller red accent panels. Both the shade and base have a gold polychrome finish that is in great condition. The lamp lights up with a single socket on the base and has been rewired with cloth covered cord. The shade is 17 inches wide, the base is 7 inches wide and the whole lamp is 21 inches tall.
RESTORED Antique Vtg Pittsburgh Slag Stained Glass Table Lamp Handel Tiffany Era
Gorgeous Original Antique Lamp. Lovely RESTORED antique condition! Working well and freshly rewired with vintage style cloth cord. This is a heavy 14 pound well-made piece with a cast iron base and stunning slag glass shade. Beautiful painted finish and polished brass. The lamp is signed on the interior of the base: PLB&GCo, which is Pittsburgh Lamp, Brass & Glass Company – a contemporary of Handel, Tiffany, Miller, etc. The brass socket covers are marked Monowatt, which was a socket maker in the early 1900′s. New pull-chain sockets have been installed inside the original brass Monowatt socket sleeves, and they’re working great. A beautiful piece of art and lighting history. The glass has no chips or cracks. The brass has been polished and has no cracks or dents. The painted finish has been refreshed. Use 2 standard-base light bulbs up to 60 watts each (or use LED bulbs for any brightness you like, as they use low wattage for bright light). Total height – base to the top of the finial: 23.
