This vintage table lamp is a stunning piece of art with a cast iron base and stained glass design. The lamp stands at 8 inches tall and has a diameter of 5 cm. Antique Vtg Uranium Houze Slag Glass Coppered Cast Iron Table Lamp Art Deco. It features 2 sockets on lovely arched arms, and an adjustable center shade pole. It is not marked by a maker or model number; however I have been assured by a close friend of the Houze family the glass at least is Houze. It has an extremely bright glow under blacklight. The design is excellent for many rooms and a large variety of decor styles. It is copper on cast iron, I believe all cast iron. The center pole is brass. It has a neat deco finial as well. It makes this an excellent staple piece for your collection, one your friends definitely won’t have! A great collectors item, for use display gifting or decor. It is in good condition, with no major damage. Has some minor wear to the copper finish, no cracks or chipping. The cardboard around the sockets, meant to look like candles that are lit, has some deterioration- could be replaced. Thank you for your consideration, I appreciate your time. Antique Iron Olive Wreath Cattail Curved Caramel Slag Glass Panel Table Lamp
This is a stunning original antique (1920s) cast iron table lamp with original curved caramel slag glass shade. The base is highly detailed with raised olive leaf and ribbon pattern, and each shade panel features a cutout filigree overlay with olive leaves and bows across the bottom and leafy floral patterns around the edges of the glass with cattails near the top, and large teardrop opening in the center. This lamp is in excellent condition throughout. There are no cracks, repairs, or missing pieces anywhere on the lamp or shade, and the original gold finish is intact. The base has a slightly more aged patina but might be able to be cleaned, and the shade looks near mint. There is very little wear and no visible damage to the shade. The original finial is intact. The outer components of the sockets and the pull chains are original, but one of the sockets inside has been replaced. The other one seems to be stuck in the “on” position, and the previous owner attached a new cord with a switch so the lamp can be turned on and off by the switch instead. Both sockets work using the cord switch. The sockets are marked P&E and the lamp base looks like it is signed, but not clear enough to be read. It was numbered 810 by hand. The lamp measures 24″ H x 14 1/2″ in diameter at the shade.
