This exquisite antique table lamp from Salem Brothers, New York, dates to the early 1900s (confirmed by design matching period catalogs: ornate filigree overlays with floral, scroll, and fleur-de-lis motifs on a domed shade with six curved caramel/cream bent slag glass panels). The glass is in excellent condition-no cracks, chips, or repairs-providing a warm, diffused glow. 18 diameter, held by patinated bronze-toned metal frame with intricate detailing. Base: Cast spelter with antique bronze finish, elegant column and footed design, overall height approx. Underside marked “II” (likely model number). Lighting: Dual pull-chain sockets, fully functional (as shown lit); modern rewired cord for safety. Condition: Vintage patina adds character; no damage, clean and ready for display. A rare Arts & Crafts era piece, perfect for collectors or Victorian/Edwardian decor. I picked this up at an estate sale, believe to have been updated in the 70s with new electric cord and electrical features. Sadly it also painted to the current antique gold. Up for consideration is this Rare Antique Salem Brothers Art Nouveau Bridge Arm Table Lamp Base featuring ball adjust for shade with Vintage Tulip Cream Beige Curved/Bent Slag Glass Shade. It is in very good to excellent antique condition. It originally a floor lamp. The base is all Salem Brothers and shade was added. There are areas of patina or tarnishing (see photos). It measures approximately 17 inches from shade other side of base, 9 inches in diameter for shade, 9.5 inches in diameter for base and 25 inches tall. Antique 6 Panel Shade Slag Glass 24 Table Lamp Salem Brothers 1920s Rewired
Stunning Salem Brothers 24 slag glass table lamp. I had this professionally rewired, it is a cloth covered cord to keep with the original look, and is 2 stage, bright and brighter with a toggle switch. I think there was a cap over the wires at some point but if so it’s missing but does not affect the lamp in any way. The slag glass is in great condition, I took lots of pictures for you to inspect. No breaks, some minor flaws as you would expect. The shade is 15 across and approx. Thanks for looking and good luck.

The shade measures approx. Glass panels are good but dirty……… Not certain how to clean the glass without taking the glass out. The center top of the shade where it attached to the lamp appears to have possibly had some repair. It could just be missing a disc on top that would hide the rough manufacturing technique. It stands perfectly straight….. Just poor photography technique. It appears to have its original wiring at least at the top. If you are by chance unhappy, please let me know and I will try and make things right.
Signed Salem Brothers Slag Glass Antique Bronze Finish Panel Lamp
This signed Salem Brothers panel lamp has six slag glass panels in a deep caramel color. The bronze polychrome finish on the base and shade is in excellent condition with a little green patina as well. The base has two pull chain sockets that are in good working order and has been rewired with cloth covered cord. The shade is 14.5 inches wide. The base is 7 inches wide and the whole lamp is 22 inches tall.
Large Salem Brothers Art Nouveau Antique Slag Glass Table Lamp
This large signed Salem Brothers slag glass panel lamp has 6 undamaged panels of carmel glass in a shade with a flowing art nouveau filigree. The base has a lovely shape to it. There is a small dent in the base as pictured but otherwise the lamp is in excellent condition. It has been re-wired with cloth covered cord and is ready to use. The shade is 18 inches wide, the base is 7.5 inches wide and the whole lamp is 23.5 inches tall.
