Rare Atq Signed Salem Bros Red & Carmel Bent Slag Glass Handel Era Lamp Light
Up for sale is a beautiful antique Salem Bros designed lamp base and shade. The Carmel slag glass shade also has red slag glass shapes at the seams. This lamp has been rewired at some point I would guess based on the cord and plug in the 1950s. It is in beautiful condition and has all the original parts including the original Press pull chain light sockets (I do not know if the insides were changed). The lamp without the shade measures just over 24″ tall to the top of the finial and the shade measures 16 1/2″ across the bottom. Apparently Salem Bros was located in New York from 1898 to 1922 which would match the age of this lamp. Please note the white spots you see in the picture on the shade is Glare from our ceiling lighting!

This Absolutely amazing ceramic Table Lamp is extremely rare, One of a kind. The Patina of the base is incredibly Beautiful similar to Handel-Tiffany Lamps. The pottery base measures 8 1/2 inches across has great colors of red, green, and bronze patina. I have never seen a more stunning lamp like this one measuring 25 inches in height. The shade has a wonderful filigree frame with 8 warm caramel slag glass panels secured inside the art nouveau filigree and the shade measures 18 1/2 across. Truly a beautiful art nouveau pattern in design lamp with lovely turn of the century patina. Lamp has two sockets with long pull chains and a switch on wiring for easy turn on and off. The lamp has four parts, a base, shade, cap, and finial. From a private estate in Santa Barbara, CA. Don’t miss out on this special find.

Rare Handel Arts & Crafts Wrought Bronze Lantern Table Lamp 1910
Made of copper based wrought bronze. It is not magnetic so there is no iron in it. Weighs over 20 pounds. Bronze Handel plaque is on the underside of the base. It measures 23 inches high, 20 inches wide, and 8 inches deep. It has colored slag glass shades. 2 glass pieces are missing and one has a crack near the corner. The wiring is a double cord wrapped in electrical tape. It may need rewiring. The lights turn on. The lamp was made in 1910.

Vintage Rare EF Industries Slag Glass Table Lamp. The glass is in great shape No cracks or chips. The entire lamp is in surprisingly good shape. The base needs to be tightened. I was not aware how soft the metal is on these lamps.

Stunning Rare Pairpoint Dolphin Marble Base Slag Glass Lamp. There are some chips to the marble. Amazing to have the original Shade to this piece! Stunning coloring in the slag looks amazing when lit. The switch is a bit difficult to get to inside the shade. Shade is secured in the holder. ANTIQUE BRADLEY & HUBBARD VICTORIAN SLAG GLASS Desk LAMP Rare Small 11-1/2 Size. Estimated age: Early 1900s. Base style indicates #208. Shade fits nicely on base. Originally designed for boudoir or desk. Ornate Filigree Frame on shade. 6 Sided Slag Glass Shade. Base and Shade marked Bradley & Hubbard. Shade: 4-1/2″ Tall x 8-1/2″ Wide. CONDITION : Excellent Antique, No filigree damage, light fully functioning. Exterior cloth on cord is fraying. Small chip in inside of plastic screw where cord meets base. Felt on bottom is detached. Removed to confirm that base was a genuine Bradley & Hubbard. See pic of signature stamp. Small chip on inside only of the slag glass panel. Does not show when lit or from exterior. Between 1868 and 1875, Bradley and Hubbard secured 33 patents relating to the design and mechanics of oil burning lamps (in all, the company would eventually patent a total of 238 designs and mechanical devices). The company was reorganized in 1875 as a joint stock company renamed The Bradley and Hubbard Manufacturing Company. Slag glass, a type of opaque, streaked, antique pressed glass that originated in England in the late 19th century, was used in glassware items such as lampshades, jugs, wine glasses and beakers.
