Seems to be a fairly unusual lamp that is fairly hard to find. I do see a lot of lost paint here and there and signs of wear. No chips to the glass and the pull chain works as it should. Very Rare – In Original (as found) Condition – Antique – Working -Turn of the Century. With Triple Matching Harvey Hubble Sockets (fat boy). Has very Heavy Ornate Bronze Cast Base. Featuring Greek Column to Corinthian Pedestal on top. Decorated with Fleur de Lis. Has Bakelit Plug with rayon cloth cord excellent condition. Base stands 26 inches to top of finial. Shade is 19 inches across with reticulated Floral and Ivy Pattern. There are 8 Large Curved White Glass Panels. There are also 8 Smaller Green Sea Colored Panels. These Panels display a very Artful Appearance with a multitude of Color. Warmth or Brightness depends on bulb wattage. The Lamp seems to change or follow as you move around the room. Antique Edward Miller 6 Panel Caramel Slag Glass Lamp C. 1910 B&H Handel Era NICE
This listing is for an early 1900′s slag glass lamp by the Edward Miller Co. The lamp is a nice medium size at 21″ tall and about 14″ diameter making it perfect for many applications: nightstands, entry tables or toppers for desks and case pieces. The lamp appears to have all original glass in excellent condition. Also the base still have some of it’s original decorative colors. Even though this is a smaller size, it still boasts a 2 socket cluster. PLEASE SEE ALL PICTURES.
Edward Miller Co. Antique 1920′s Slag Glass Table Lamp
Cast iron table lamp with a slag glass shade in very good working condition. This lamp measures 22 1/2 tall from base to top of finial. Diameter of the base is 7 3/4. There are no cracks on the base. It has one socket (appears to have been updated), which is turned on and off with a long chain. The base is the original color, which is a vintage bronze with a handsome patina to it, which can only occur over time. Under the base it is marked, ML Co 242, which translates to The Miller Co. This indicates that the lamp was made some time after 1924. The slag glass shade may or may not be the original to the base. It is a perfect match though with slag glass panels that have no cracks. The lowest panels are dark caramel brown, textured glass and someone cut the metal filigree from the four small glass sides the filigree pattern is still visible and some of this metal sticks out. The lamp shade measures. 14 1/8″ diameter and is 10 1/8″ high.

Early Edward Miller Slag Glass Reverse Painted Table Lamp- 8 panels. Glue chip or cracked ice reverse painted bent panel lamp shade by Miller Lamp company and signed on the base. One panel has a chip missing but it cannot be seen from the outside. This chip is pictured. It does have some surface wear on the original brass base enamel and there is some paint wear to the reverse painting This is common with these antique lamps because the heat from the incandescent bulbs would normally cause some wear to the interior painting. This is a very large lamp shade measuring 19″ diameter and the total height is 24.5″. The reverse painting is red flowers and green leaves. The shade finial sits securely in the attached heat cap so there is no movement to the glass and less chance of damage. The double sockets are original silver plated Bryant sockets. The Miller lamp is most likely from the early 1900′s. Displays beautifully and works great. This is not a common size and it is all original. This is one of the largest and nicest Miller lamps that I have come across. This item is in the category “Collectibles\Lamps, Lighting\Lamps”.
