GREAT ORIGINAL TEXTURED FIERY BENT & LEADED SLAG GLASS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. NO CHIPS, CRACKS OR REPAIRS. GREAT PATINA – ZERO DAMAGE and 100% ORIGINAL, EXCEPT FOR THE WIRING and 1 SCREW. IT CAME OFF THE WALL OF A CHATHAM, CAPE COD HOME. THE SCONCE INCLUDING THE 4 PARROTS IS BRONZE – NOT POT METAL or CAST IRON. THE BACK PLATE and CENTER S CURVED BRACKET IS COPPER – WITH GREAT GREEN / BROWN PATINA. THIS IS A GREAT and RARE ALL ORIGINAL TURN OF THE CENTURY SCONCE. The original green slag glass is free of chips, cracks, or repairs. The shade has tabs to secure it and somewhere in it’s life it had been epoxy in some junctions to add in the support of each panel. This is a nice Antique double signed Handel Boudoir Lamp with a flower like Bent and Leaded Slag glass shade. The lamp stands 18 inches tall to the top of the finial on its 4 inch Bronze Base with a nice patinated finish to it. The combination bent slag and leaded glass shade in Greens and Pink Glass stands 6 inches tall and 7 3/4 inches wide. The lamp is signed on both the shade and the base, easily seen in the photos. Antique A&R Art Nouveau Bent Slag Panel Glass Lamp & Shade Bradley Hubbard Type
Antique A&R Art Nouveau Bent Slag Panel Glass Lamp & Shade Bradley & Hubbard, Edward Miller, H E Rainaud Type. It is made of a spelter alloy metal with a bronze finish. The shade has flowers with original yellow paint. It measures about 20″ tall to top of finial; the base spelter part alone is 13 1/4″ long and bottom is 7 across. The 6 bent caramel slag panel shade is about 6 1/2″ high and 16 3/4″ wide. Bottom is marked A&R Co with number 00 & 8. The 2 bulb socket cluster is original and marked Bryant with the original pull chains. A&R Co was located at Newark NJ and the lamps are same style and quality as B&H and all the other famous lamp makers. One of the panels has a couple cracks but there are no chips or missing pieces of glass. The metal filagree and base have no cracks or chips, there is some age wear to the finish. The wiring and plug are original and in decent condition for being so old. Please see my 12 detailed photos. Guaranteed a genuine early 20th century classic panel lamp with all the original parts. ANTIQUE BENT PANEL SLAG GLASS PARLOR TABLE LAMP SCENIC With SWANS UNUSUAL FORM OLD
Here we have a really unique circa 1920′s era CYLINDER FORM BENT PANEL SLAG GLASS SCENIC LAMP we acquired out of an estate. It has three filigree scenic sides with a swimming swan. It is fairly tall measuring approximately 21 inches high with a 6 1/2 inch base. This is not an example we have ever seen, and imagine it is not an easy lamp to find very unique! The over all condition appears to be pretty decent – see pictures. The gold paint looks like it may be original? But we’re not totally sure. It has certainly been there for a very long time. The caramel slag glass is in nice condition with no cracks. The pull chain works for off an on. It has a really nice look and would make for a nice touch in any room of your home you choose to display and use it in. The new owner is to pay 45.00 for secured FEDERAL EXPRESS.
