It measures approximately 19 inches front of shade to back of base on back side as shown in gallery photo, 4.5 inches in diameter for shade, 10 inches in diameter for base and 26 inches tall. THIS IS A FAIRLY SCARCE LAMP WITH ONLY A FEW EXAMPLES AVAILABLE FOR COMPARISON, THE LAMP IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH NO DAMAGE TO ANY OF THE GLASS AND MOST OF THE ORIGINAL PAINT. Nice! Victorian Art Nouveau Vintage Antique Convex Caramel Slag Glass Table Lamp
Up for consideration is this Rare Beautiful Vintage Victorian Art Nouveau Six Panel Convex Caramel Slag Glass Shade on Antique Double Socket Base with Base Mounted Switch Table Lamp. It is in very good to excellent vintage estate condition. This lamp base and shade have been married. The base is antique and features a base mounted switch. The shade is probably early mid century. There are no chips or breaks in any of the slag glass. Please view all photos carefully as they are a part of the item description. It measure approximately 14.5 inches wide at shade, 5.5 inches square at base and 20 inches tall. Thanks for viewing our listing! The panels are very easy to reinstall. Each has metal holding them in place and a jaxs style nut that holds each in place. We do ask that caution is used when reinstalling not to tighten the nuts too type or the glass will break. NICE Antique Bradley & Hubbard B&H Leaded Slag Art Glass Handel Era Floor Lamp
Please take a look, ask questions, and let me know if you need any additional pictures. This is a great doubly signed Bradley & Hubbard leaded glass floor lamp. It is a really wonderful looking lamp with blown out fruit and birds on the shade and a basket form lamp base that goes perfectly with the shade. The shade is not signed, but is really well made and is of very high quality. I see a few small cracks here and there (I count 5 total), but nothing serious. The shade has the nice old rattle of old glass and is in very nice condition. I particularly like how they did the shading in the background glass which goes from caramel in the top to white in the apron. In addition the blown out fruit pieces give it a nice three dimensional look. The base is just as nice….. And is strong and sturdy. It appears to be made out of cast iron and with its 3 branching feet is quite stable enough for the large shade. The design looks like a basket of flowers and matches the shade perfectly. The cluster with the characteristic Bradley & Hubbard triangle and the bottom of one of the feet with a prominent BH stamp (both shown). The shade is 24″ in diameter and the lamp stands just over 60″ tall. Just a super looking overall floor lamp in outstanding condition! This is simply because the shade is so large and I do not have boxes that can accommodate the base. If you are the lucky winner you are of course welcome to come here to pick this lamp yourself, but if you live far from here I will gladly take it to our local UPS Store and give them your contact information. And you can pay them directly for this service. If you like lamps or need parts please feel free to look at my other auctions or contact me. That being said, please do not embarrass yourself with a lowball offer thinking you are going to get such a lamp like this. It is just a waste of both of our times.
