Lovely Circa 1920′s I believe. Antique Boudoir lamps set of 2 metal candle stick type base with metal and slag glass shade. I believe cords have been updated as well as light switches and both are in working order. Lovely hand painting Barbola Roses floral swags roman head goat head and lion face on base see photos. They are old so they do have some bumps to the paint one of the finials is ever so slightly different than the other and that shade wobbles a bit I would put some plumbers tape on the screw for the finial and that should keep it from moving. Century table lamp with slag glass panel shade and bronzed spelter base. Size: 22 high to top of finial; shade 17-3/4 in diameter and about 7-1/2 high. Marks: unmarked base and shade. Condition: The lamp is in working condition; one glass panel of the shade has been glued towards the top and it is mostly cover by the shade’s frame see 6. Photo; some clips that hold the panels in are missing, but the glass is held in by the top of the lamp base; sockets were replaced and lamp rewired; the top of the lamp base is a bit funky with a replaced finial and the shade sits tipped from certain angles. This piece has that awesome look from years of patina. This Art Nouveau Bradley and Hubbard B&H Slag Glass Lamp Base is in nice condition. There is a ding on the top that can easily be fixed (see pictures) This is the way I found the lamp. I was planning on putting it back to its original glory and keeping it, but I just have too many projects and need to pass this one on to someone else. RARE Charles Parker Leaded Slag Stained Glass Table Lamp Handel Tiffany Era
Please take a look, ask questions, and let me know if you need any additional pictures. This is a very RARE leaded glass lamp made by the Charles Parker Company. If you are looking at this ad you are likely familiar with this company and know that their lamps like this are hard to find and rarely offered. This is a very fine example with a really cool looking shade. I will let my pictures do the talking here since they can do a better job than I can about. It, but will note that the shade is 19 1/2″ in diameter and the lamp stands 23 1/2″ tall. I see two small breaks in two of the very small caramel edge pieces, but other than these the shade is essentially perfect. Base and shade have matching gun metal sort of finish and look to have been together since they were made. Wondeful, large, bulbous base has its original finiah, P&S labeled sockets (with their original porcelain interiors and satellite ended pulls), cap and finial. It has has been wired with period style cloth braided cord and comes ready to use and enjoy. This is a really nice and I. Fairly RARE example of Charles Parker’s work and is in very fine condition overall. If you like lamps or need parts please feel free to look at my other auctions or contact me. That being said, please do not embarrass yourself with a lowball offer thinking you are going to get such a lamp like this. It is just a waste of both of our times.
