Wonderful Art Deco decagon”Umbrella” design. The glass has a beautiful custard cream base color and has an amazing caramel and reddish brown slags. To the inside of the shade is a thin milk glass layer which aids in diffusing light superbly. Condition:very good without chips or cracks; some traces of old mounts on fitter. 1920s ART NOUVEAU PIANO LAMP With SLAG GLASS SHADE
This 1920s Art Nouveau desk lamp is made of very heavy cast metal (lamp base & shade frame) with a brass’corduroy’ tubular arm and cast brass adjusting knuckles at each end of the arm. The two slag glass panels for the shade are white with pale honey streaks. The slag glass is new and in excellent condition. The lamp has been restored in bronze & natural brass. Brass was cleaned, hand polished & lightly sprayed with a brass protector. As shown, the lamp stands 14 1/2 tall, 9 at the widest and extends 12.. The oval base is 8 by 5 1/2. Original pull chain socket is rewired with a new repro wall plug and gold cloth covered cord. It weighs 7 1/8 lbs. Light bulb not included. ANTIQUE BEADED BENT SLAG GLASS TABLE LAMP MED SIZE 12″ SHADE 21″ TALL AS FOUND. Being Offered is this Awesome Looking Antique Caramel Slag Glass Lamp. This Ornate 1920′s Lamp features a 6 panel bent slag glass shade with beaded fringe on the bottom and 6 slag glass petals on the top, the shade sits on a wonderfully detailed cast spelter base that is painted gold. This beautiful old lamp stands approx 21 inches tall and the shade measures about 12 inches across at its widest point, it is approx 8 inches high not counting the beaded fringe. Lamp has two “Arrow” pull chain sockets that are in working order. The metal shade frame has had some repairs over the years and 2 of the slag glass panels are cracked, frame also seems to be a little out of round and lamp base has been repainted. Lamp also shows some age and wear but after all it is near 100 years old, in spite of its flaws it still Displays Magnificently and would be a great addition to your decor. What a SPECTACULAR piece! For sale is this Antique Art Nouveau Filigree Caramel Slag Glass Table Lamp W/ Greek Goddess Base. This is truly a piece of art. I believe the lamp shade is earlier than the base. Base is still vintage, but not quite as early as the shade. They pair up perfectly though, like they were meant for each other. Has a brass look to it, but again not sure. Lamp is in o verall very good vintage condition, especially considering its age. Works great just as it should. 1920s ART DECO 2-LIGHT TABLE LAMP W/ SLAG GLASS SHADE This 1920s Art Deco table lamp is made of heavy cast metal (hexagonal base, stem body, hexagonal shade frame, shade cap & finial), & brass (rolled tube & socket holders) with a cast iron loader. The lamp was made by Edward Miller Co (EM & Co in raised letters on inside surface of loader). It has been restored in bronze & brass. The slag glass panels are cream with swirls of caramel. They are original & are in excellent condition with no cracks or chips. This classic Art Deco slag glass lamp stands 23 1/2 tall & has a 17 wide shade. The cast iron lamp base is 8 1/2 in diameter. Original pull chain light sockets are rewired with brown cloth covered cord & a repro bakelite polarized plug. It weighs 12 3/4 lbs. Light bulbs not included.
