Parker made some great lamps that looked nothing like his competitors and this is more or less one of them. Its in very nice original condition although a little dirty, but in fine working order. Its a full sized lamp measuring in at 23.5 tall and 18.5 inches wide. The shade with segments around the border of outstanding quality slag glass encased in a great overlay pattern. The base and the shade compliment each other perfectly, please see photos. Both base and shade without any damage to speak of except for a very small area of filligree loss on one single panel. No dings, dents, broken glass, or stuff like that, just some normal wear the way you would like to see it. The base recently rewired with proper period style cord and old plug. Zone two would be 75.00 times 20% which equals 15.00 which is added to the 75.00 and becomes 90.00. Zone three is 75.00 times 33% which is 25.00 which then becomes 100.00 for zone three. Sorry to do this and I hope you will stay on as fine and loyal customers. We may be able to hand deliver this item ourselves. What that means is this. If you live in the following radius or just outside it, we should communicate about not using a major carrier, so it has a better chance of survival and minimizing damage or a damage claim as well. So when I see your offers, I have to subtract those costs to get to my net. The costs can be up to 250.00 per item depending on the final price. I will be offering my lamps as reasonable as possible so as to 1. Not cause sticker shock like so many other sellers, 2. To sell them and not let my inventory sit around for years on end. Thanks for checking this great lamp out and please check out my other great lighting options as well. Recently I have been putting different lighting on with reserves and no reserves. Please Check out my other items! Some great Bradley Hubbard, Tiffany, Handel, etc. To all potential buyers. Please feel free to. Chances are if there aren’t any, it’s a newer item and you shouldn’t want it anyways. In other words, a minor blemish on some metalwork belonging to a large shade or a 1/16 by 1/16 of a paint flake missing, please try and be reasonable. I always describe the important aspects towards condition reports and sometimes my eye misses what I deem immaterial issues such as the aforementioned sentence. Thanks for your understanding. There are a few things in life we cant do without. Food, water, fire, oxygen, the sun, shelter etc. So when it comes to shelter and necessary light for it, thats where I come in. I believe in living simply and within my means but surrounded by items of great quality. Of and the wasteful utilities that go along with that. So why is it people go out and spend. Not to mention you got the same usage for that entire time period? This makes infinitely more financial sense than the other choice, plus you have a conversation piece in the room and something to be proud of. Also you have more cultural feeling invested in something 100 years old knowing that it can never be duplicated by modern making techniques and knowing there a few, if any, like it left for this world and now its yours. You display it and care for it. So again thats where I come in. Great period lighting when electricity was still in its infancy. When makers like Bradley and Hubbard, Handel, Tiffany studios, Pairpoint, and others cared about quality, appearance, and function. When makers were trying to outdo one another with this new business boom of electric lighting. When we went from whale and kerosene oil lamps and gas, to electric. This is when the best lamps in the world were manufactured and the ones I want to light my home with when its dark. I cant control the sun or the amount of light it provides or when it comes up or goes down, and whether its cloudy or not, but I can control the light in my home when its dark. And like I said earlier, I want nice rugs, paintings, pottery, furniture, etc. And I want to see those items lit by great lighting. Its what makes a home more outstanding and livable because without it you see absolutely nothing. A quality lamp makes or breaks a room. You can have the best rugs, furniture, paintings, and accessories in the world, but without great lamps or lighting nobody will ever see it. This is a great lamp folks and its in very nice original condition. Maker unknown but of the bradley hubbard/miller quality. Empire would be my best guess. Its without damage and has a super arts and crafts feel to it. Its a fullsized lamp with the shade measuring 19 inches across and the base being 28 inches high. The base in fine working order and with no metalware damage to be found and in original patina. As for the shade, there is no missing or broken filigree segments and all glass panels without breaks, cracks, or losses. This is a very heavy and well made shade for sure. The framework of the shade also without any breaks, cracks, or losses. You might be surprised by what you find. Zone two would be 75.00 times 20% which equals 15.00 which is added to the 75.00 and becomes 90.00. Zone three is 75.00 times 33% which is 25.00 which then becomes 100.00 for zone three. I have for sale this very nice handel leaded red and pink floral lamp. This is a very nice leaded lamp and its in excellent overall condition. The base measures 24.5 inches tall and the shade is 18 inches wide. This is a hard to find handel lamp base with the lions on the sides. The base without issue, which means no metalware breaks or damage and its in fine working order. It has its original three socket cluster with hubbell sockets and acorn pulls and its been recently rewired with correct period style cloth cord. The patina original throughout but worn from age here or there somewhat. Certainly not anything to worry about and still extremely presentable. I mention it for the super picky who dont understand 100 year old antiques. The shade in excellent original condition with all pieces of glass present and accounted for. The glass super vibrant and alive as the pictures show and all the leading tight and right throughout. Great glass here folks with some nice dirt in the striations of the glass. The shade well made with the leading showing no signs of weakness nor losses. The shade unsigned, and could possibly be another maker, however the shade ring perfectly, as in spot on, fits the handel shade rest on this base which makes me believe this most likely a handel shade. The base signed on the bottom please see photo. Up for your consideration is a 8 great. Antique Green 8 panel slag glass lamp. It stands 21″ tall and the shade measures 17″ and the base is 8 in diameter. It has 8 beautiful slag glass panels. All 3 sockets work with one that looks like it was replaced years ago.. They all have a pull chain you can use one or all three at one time. One pull chain does look like it may be a Bradley & Hubbard lam since it has a tiny acorn at the end of the pull chain. It did have some minor soldering done years ago on the top pf the shade that when you have the finial on it holds it all in place and you can’t see it.. I have had this and used it many years and it worked beautiful… Now its time to find another owner and make someone room beautiful. Please remember that when I list this I really can only estimate how big and heavy of a box I will need.. I accept Pay Pal. Comes from a smoke free home. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ANY OF MY AUCTIONS PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE FEEDBACK UNTIL YOU CONTACT ME FIRST. SOMETIMES I MAY MISS SOMETHING THAT MIGHT BE IMPORTANT TO YOU.
