Antique slag glass table lamp lighted base (Circa 1920′s)
Handsome 6-sided glass base enclosed in brass with very ornate strapping and filigree. The shade skirt cast a soft warm glow. Button switch on the base… Two pull chain sockets under the shade. The lamp stands 25″ tall, the shade is 16″ across and the base is 8 across. In fine used condition — NO CRACKS — with expected vintage patina on the metal parts. Antique Lighted Base Slag Glass 8 Panel Electric Table Lamp
What a great lighted base lamp. This lamp is more beautiful than my photos show. The shade has 8 panels of textured amber glass. It is 8 1/2 deep. The diameter is 17 1/2 – 18 3/4 (side to side /or corner to corner) All of the tabs to secure the glass are there. The base has 3 panels of amber glass. It has been recently rewired correctly with a rayon cord. The base has an on/off switch so you can light it separately. There are also 2 pull chain sockets so you can light the shade separately. The height as shown is 24 1/2. Light the shade, light the base, light both the shade and base. It is all read y to go. Light bulbs are not included. This lamp came from a collection of an elderly man. All sales are final as I disclose any and all defects in the product. Antique Slag Glass Panel Table Lamp With Lighted Base
This is a fantastic lighted base electric table lamp. All I can say is WOW! The shade has 6 panels of smooth amber glass. All of the tabs holding the glass in place are present. No glue, no silicone, correct! The top shade is 8″ deep with a 18″ diameter. The shade lights with 2 pull chain sockets. The height of the lamp is 23. It has 4 panels of smooth amber glass. There is 1 pull chain to light the base. Look at the picture of the inside of the base. It was rewired correctly so you do not see the wires inside the base when it is lit. Wow again, just as it was when it was made. You can light the base by itself, the shade by itself or both the base and the shade together. It is all read y to go with a rayon cord. This will make a statement wherever you put it. This lamp came from a collection of an elderly man. All sales are final as I disclose any and all defects in the product. This Is A Large Antique Early 20th Century Lighthouse Lamp Produced By The Empire Lamp Company, Chicago. The Condition Is 100% Original Except The 11 Ft. Cord Which Has Been Replaced. The Shade Measures 19 Inch Wide By 8 Inch Depth. The Lighted Base Is A Tall 21 Inched By 9 Inches Wide. The Condition Is Very Good With “NO” Damage To Any Metal. There Are Areas Of Wear On Some Of The Gold Wash On The Lamp And Shade As Expected For A Lamp Of This Age. There Are “NO” Cracks In The Glass On The Shade Or The Base.
