We view lamps as more than lighting, we view them as art. As more than a way to brighten a room, a way to brighten ones day. It features socket base switch. I believe the shade is Handel. It is in very good to excellent antique estate condition. Lamp was originally a floor lamp. There are areas of patina or tarnish (see photos). There are no chips or cracks in the slag glass shade. It measures approximately 16 inches front of shade to back of base on back side as shown in gallery photo, 5.5 inches in diameter for shade, 9.5 inches in diameter at base and 25 inches tall. Large Antique Slag Glass Panel Lamp with Unusual Lighted Base
This large antique slag glass panel lamp has a bronze polychrome finish that is in great condition. Both the base and shade have caramel panels and the base can be lit up independently of the shade with a turn button switch. The base has two pull chain sockets that work well and has been rewired with cloth covered cord. The shade is 17 inches wide, the base is 7 inches wide and the whole lamp is 23 inches tall.

Two bulbs – String on and off – each bulb has a separate string. 20 diameter of shade. In excellent condition – lamp shade has no cracks/flea bites etc. The brass part has some age wear. Please check all pictures. Portable Luminare UL Inc. Each glass shade is inspected on a light box to ensure brilliance of color, pattern, continuity, and structural integrity. Each base is similarly inspected, having been manufactured in accordance with UL and CUL standards.
Vintage Slag Glass Lamp Night Light Base Fiberglass Shade
This is a cool old slag glass lamp, the color is cream with swirls of orange and a touch of green……. Base diameter 6″ height to top of glass 8 1/2″ total height 18 1/2″ diameter top of shade 11 3/4″. Rewired with cloth cord. Turn lamp on base lights up turn again top lights up turn again both light up. No chips or cracks on the lamp shade (I married them) screws on to the socket. Looks so cool at night.

Up for consideration is this Awesome Antique Arts and Crafts Egyptian Style Mission Style Beige and Brown Slag Glass Table Lamp. Featuring Camels, Pyramids and Palm Trees. It features switch positions that light upper, lower or both. Also stating he worked on sets, and said this lamp was used on the movie set of’Who’s Afraid of Virginia Wolf’. He stated it was damaged on set and offered to him, if he wanted it. If you view the last photo, you see there are reproduction lamps for sale. These lamps are not slag glass, they are stained glass joined using Tiffany’s method, to hold in place. It is in very good antique estate condition. There are age related patina or tarnishing of the metal (see photos). It had one broken slag glass panel, which was replaced. Also the bottom metal frame is bent slightly inward (see photos). There are two beads missing on two lower corners (see photos). We also changed the finial (see photos). Please view all photos carefully as they are a part of the item description. Vintage Early 20th Century Slag Glass Panel & Metal Double Lamp 14
Absolutely stunning slag glass panel lamp in excellent condition. There are no flaws noted. It looks to be as if it was originally bronzed, but the color has come off. There are no breaks in the glass panels.
