Vintage Slag Glass 4 Panel Lamp metal wreath design Final Reduction
This gorgeous, vintage, slag glass and metal lamp is in wonderful condition. No cracks chips or damage. At one point I believe back in the 1950′s, it was rewired. The current plug does not have the newer, larger sized prong. The glass lampshade is held in place with a round brass cover and finial. Both the cover and the finial have the patina correct with the lamp’s age. The lamp turns on and off with a pull chain which operates easily. There are 4 glass panels. Each side of the lampshade has a Metal floral garland. A partial description would describe the base as intricately decorated with what appears to be the heads of famous statesmen in wreaths (much like a coin), animal heads and fleur de lis. Very good used condition, 3 minor cracks (see lighted picture). This vintage leaded slag glass lamp shade has multiple blue and white panels set into a pleated design. The shade has a darker blue and green rim made up of 2 pleats to each one of the light blue, lending to an appearance of a ruffled rim. It measures 12″ x 17″ in diameter. Vintage Slag Glass Lamp Shade Leaded Glass Blue Pleated Design for Table Lamp. This vintage slag glass lamp shade has multiple small blue and white panels of leaded glass set into a pleated design. The rim is comprised of darker blue and green panels with 2 pleats to each of the light blue, lending to an appearance of a ruffled rim. There are minor cracks on three of the light blue panels (visible in the lighted picture) with each remaining tight and solid. With the exception of discoloration or patina on the lead and cap, I see no other issues to mention. The shade measures 12″ x 17″ in diameter. Heavy Metal Antique Art Nouveau Slag Leaded Glass Lamp Floral & Fruit Design
It has a gorgeous bronze polychrome finish, an elegant base that has 2 long satellite pull chain sockets one marked Pat. It is unsigned, probably had a paper label. The shade is open topped and sits on a cast rest at the top of the base. One glass panel has been repaired but expertly done so as to blend in with the shade glass colors. The lamp stands 22″ tall, the shade is 16″ across and the base is 6.75 across. The cord is sticky but the lamp does work as is. Weighs approx 13 pounds. This will be packed very well and carefully.
