Antique 8 Panel Bent Slag Glass Art Nouveau Miller Era Lamp Shade 19
Antique early 1890′s to 1920′s bent slag glass lamp shade. Maybe Miller, but no hallmark on shade. Carmel color glass with a painted copper and green finish on the ornate metal frame. Shade will fit on a base with an aperture ring with a heat cap. Dimensions are 8″ tall overall, 3 1/4″ across the top opening and 19 at the widest part. In excellent antique used condition. No chips, cracks or repairs seen on the glass. No breaks to the frame. Glass clips are there except for one pair. Please see all photos as they are part of the description also. Antique Art Nouveau Bent Curved Green Slag Glass Shade Table Lamp with 6 Panels
Century table lamp with slag glass panel shade and bronzed spelter base. Size: 22 high to top of finial; shade 17-3/4 in diameter and about 7-1/2 high. Marks: unmarked base and shade. Condition: The lamp is in working condition; one glass panel of the shade has been glued towards the top and it is mostly cover by the shade’s frame see 6. Photo; some clips that hold the panels in are missing, but the glass is held in by the top of the lamp base; sockets were replaced and lamp rewired; the top of the lamp base is a bit funky with a replaced finial and the shade sits tipped from certain angles. Antique Brass Trophy Style MALE BUST Design TABLE LAMP with BENT SLAG GLASS SHADE
Presented for your consideration is this interesting antique table lamp. The cast iron weighted, brass base is in the shape of a trophy with a small male bust design on the front and back and wreath style handles on the left and right sides. The bust design has nice, intricate detailing and slightly resembles George Washington. The base is completed with two curved arms, two brass pull chain sockets and a tall ornate finial. The shade is made of caramel colored, bent slag glass with a punched out dot pattern along the bottom metal edging. At the time of listing the lamp is in WORKING condition. This neat looking lamp would make a great addition to any antique lamp or lighting collection! Some mild wear is on the base. No dents or dings in the brass. Glass is free of chips and cracks. Overall the lamp is in VERY GOOD condition. Please refer to the photos for the absolute best details. Antique Bent Slag Glass 8 Panel Lamp Shade Bradley & Hubbard Miller Handel. Classic large Art Nouveau, Arts & Crafts Era untique 8 panel slag glass lamp shade. The ornate filigree overlay frame has an exquisite design of wide ribs. Each panel is fashioned with oval medallions on the lower frame encasing an urn with an acorn topper. The bottom frame has a stunning Nouveau scalloped rim. It is wonderfully cast and has the original patinated bronze finish. The sculpted overlay is complete with a lovely antique bronze patina finish. It is worn in some areas. The marbleized slags are feautiful and in great condition having no cracks, hairlines , or other defects. The shade measures approximately 19 inches across and approximately 7 inches tall. The base is not marked and the cap opening may have been changed to fit a feniel cap. The 9th photo shows this shade on a lamp base.
