Art Nouveau Foliate Filigree 8 Panel Shade Slag Glass & Brass Stand Table Lamp! Lovely 1910 era table lamp has a curved stained glass shade. Lavishly embossed metalwork has both dark bronze and bright burnished tones. The shade is undamaged on this American made antique light. There are two rewired sockets with pull chain switches. Measurements are 20″ diameter and 24″ tall including the original cap. Glass in shade is cream-colored stained glass. Lamp belonged to my grandmother and is in great condition with no damage nor imperfections just signs of its age. Has an awesome patina to the Brass. Wilkinson Antique Vintage Slag Glass Arts Crafts Lamp Handel Bradley Hubbard Era. That’s an unbelievable savings as well. This isn’t a common lamp and doesnt come up very often and is in excellent original condition. This is a full sized lamp in that its measuring 21.5 inches tall and the shade being 14.5 inches wide. The lamp unsigned but 150% to be a Wilkinson. The lamp very heavy and well made as are all Wilkinson’s. They didnt skimp on their metal content when they made lamps lol. The lamp in fine working order and there is no damage at all to the base and shade. All the filligree present on the shade and no breaks or cracks in the glass. I love the ensign work in the overlay and really no other period maker did this style or quality of overlay. Simple yet distinctive and meaningful. All the glass holding tabs on the inside of the shade present and the base recently rewired with period style cloth cord and old style plug. The base also retains all three of its original Hubbell sockets and acorn pulls. All in all a super nice arts and crafts style lamp from a not so overly seen and interesting period maker. Beautiful and unique lamp that I haven’t seen before in all my years of looking at lamps. It’s in great condition with only light finish wear. The cream and caramel slag glass shade has no issues, but it probably isn’t original to the lamp. Still looks fantastic on it.
