This is the Original Complete Piece decorative pattern being presented here, and not the secondary later looking revival production pattern similar model that was produced by Bradley & Hubbard about 20 years or so later after the original pattern example was first made and produced. That difference will be understood as the details of this lamp are highlighted and described. Therefore, this lamp description shall proceed forward starting with the lamp base. This very old and very ornamental lamp base possesses its original pretty green patina. Along with possessing its original matching light socket and original inner belongings and of course its original matching pull chain. This uniquely shaped lamp base is Also Signed on the bottom 2 separate times in 2 separate areas. Normal antique wear and aging present that is consistent with its 120 years of. Antique age and use. Also this lamp base has been recently rewired with period style cloth cord and matching plug. Lamp is in good working order. Also this lamp base is pretty heavy, because as the lamp base shape and design leads upward it is in possession of, and holding, an absolutely awesome Antique Bronze 3 Arm Lamp Spider. And what a cool looking lamp spider this is. Seriously! This Beautiful Bronze Lamp Spider is not only an Authentic Early Period Antique, but it is also straight up spectacular. Being very attractive, and very strong, this Antique 3 Arm Bronze Lamp Spider resides perfectly balanced at top of lamp base as middle in between resting right under holding light socket with its very thick circular center point. Placed with perfect precision by its original highly skilled handler. This Antique Bronze 3 Arm Lamp Spider accommodates its Bradley & Hubbard Lamp Shade Beautifully. This Antique Bronze 3 Arm Lamp Spider possesses its Original naturally aged Bronze Patina. It’s very thick, very heavy, and very ornamental. Normal antique wear and aging present that is consistent and common with its 120 years of age and use. Also, the 3 thick Curved Shape design strong arms of this Bronze Lamp Spider Design Uniquely Matches The Main Large 8 Thick Curved Shape Design Parts of the outer filigree design pattern of the 8 sided lamp shape. Also, at the tips of these 3 Bronze Spider Arms. “Flexing Their Muscles” are 3 decorative Bronze Fingers at the Tops where lamp shade resides and is held by, and it is these 3 decorative ornamental “Bronze Fingers” that are very Special as well. To ever come across an “Authentic Bronze 3 Arm Lamp Spider” of this “Large Size” and of. “Great Quality” on any Old Arts & Crafts Lamp besides any early period Tiffany Studios Lamp. It’s the only one I’ve ever seen, and I’ve sure seen a whole lot of old lamps in my time. Now on to the Lampshade. Lampshade possesses its Original Gorgeous Green Patina, and all Original Filigree is present on this lampshade, none is missing. This Original Geometric Pattern Lampshade is Signed 8 Separate Times in 8 Separate Areas. All 8 are Signed Bradley & Hubbard MFG CO. All Signatures are all impressed into the lower Bronze Patina Railings of the inside bottoms of the long Bronze rectangular lining which holds inner bottom part areas of slags in place. Rare Bronze Patina inner lining present which has naturally aged and turned a “Righteous Red” color over its raw unaltered 120 plus years of antique aging (see posted picture please). You hardly ever see this “Righteous Red Color” present on any old Bradley & Hubbard Lamps, at least I personally never have, and I’ve sure seen a whole lot of Old Arts & Crafts Lamps in my time. Even 1 of the 8 Bradley & Hubbard MFG CO. Impression Signatures could bearly even be seen due to so much red color consuming its long rectangle railing and totally covering that stamped signature. Please see posted picture. Please remember, this lampshade is very old. It’s over 120 years of age, and is still in very good antique condition. All filigree on this lamp shade is very strong, and all filigree is intact, except a few little end areas of the large thick curved lining that just has a little splitage and that is always normal, and always common with 120 year old aged filigree. Lampshade is very strong and was built like a tank! Built to last, and it has definitely lived as proof of old great quality materials. Also, just like as a 120 year old human being ages and gets old they are a little bent and are not perfectly even anymore when and if they live that long, same as with this 120 year old lampshade. When this lampshade is placed on top of 3 Arm Lamp Spider, it just needs to be adjusted a little to the right or turned some to the left and same with the lamp base to find its most even level look. Since it is a symmetrical due to its 120 years of aging and being an 8 sided uniquely shaped lampshade and sitting on a 3 Arm High Lamp Spider, it just needs to be adjusted and turned a little and placed in its right section angle of level look since this lampshade is slightly slanted and the frame seems to be a little bent somehow due to its 120 years old age of natural aging, so to find its most leveled look, that you desire, depending on where you place this lamp and angle it in your desired location in your own home. Just as I have presented its leveled even look in my pictures. (Please See Posted Pictures). Also, because of the very strong 3 arm Bronze Lamp Spider, a beyond rare opportunity is available for this Lamp and its Lampshade to be presented unlike almost any other old known lamp. Normal antique wear and antique aging present with filigree that is common and consistent with its 120 years of antique age and use.
