Antique Art Deco Vaseline Glass Bridge Floor Lamp Jadeite Slag Ornate Vtg 1930′s
A Beautiful RESTORED Ornate Vintage Circa 1930s. Art Deco Jadeite/Slag/Uranium/Vaseline Glass Bridge Floor Lamp with Shade. The ornate BASE is marked S604. This is a PERFECT example of the Beautiful Art Deco Design used in the 1920′s & 30′s. This lamp has been totally restored and yet still has the patina that you would expect from a lamp from the 1930′s. All of the brass parts have been machine polished to a high golden brass shine (including the brass bulb socket and shade holder). The brass poles show the intricate detail in the etched design very nicely. All of the cast iron and metal parts have been thoroughly cleaned and have had the rust and debris removed and they are left with some of the original gold paint, and the “marbled” metal & gold painted patina finish looks amazing. Once the base was cleaned it revealed an embossed ID of “S 604″. We do not know what maker this is, so if anyone would like to help, it would be appreciated. It has been rewired with a “Twisted Cloth Wrapped” Vintage Style cord and a new vintage looking plug. And of course it works great! The THREE Jadeite (or Vaseline/Slag) glass globes are all in excellent shape. No chips or pieces missing. The original cork sleeve that holds them securely is still there. And of course it glows under the ultra-violet light. We’ve selected a very nice Frosted Ribbed Dome Glass Shade which measures 6 1/2″ at the base width and 4″ tall. It goes well with the style, but is also easy to replace if you have something else. The lamp can easily swivel to be at either an angle or straight up and down. 10.75 bridge length. 10.5 diameter base. You’re going to LOVE this Lamp! Quality craftsmanship pastel colors of different shades of green in the shape of a peacock feathers 18 feathers with 54 raised 1 1/2″ long 1/2″ wide 1/4″ raised pieces of cobalt blue glass thats tapered to a point top and bottom centered in flat to the surface different shades of blue and green football shapes 3″ long and 1/2 wide looks like a tiffany shade in craftsmanship, age, and color, and style but did not know where to look for trade mark or have the eyes to see it. Here’s an oldie, pretty well preserved. The metal on the shade has some discoloration, but not bad at all. All the glass is good. The base finish is somewhat worse than the shade, and I noticed a short crack which I have pictured in photo #6. Shade is 21″ wide, corner to corner; total lamp height is 21 1/2″. Tough lamp to find. Antique A & R Bent Slag Glass Lamp Miller Bradley & Hubbard Pittsburgh Empire
This is a wonderful Rare antique A & R Co lamp, apparently, from Newark, NJ from the early 1900′s. The Base is marked A & R Co. The lamp stands 20 1/4 inches tall on its 7 inch diameter base with a wonderful patinated color finish. The shade is 18 inch in diameter and 7 inches tall. The overlay is complete and with almost all its finish. The lamp has a beautiful patinated green and brown finish with great accent colors. The finish is about 90 – 95%, with some wear to high points. The wonderful pierced overlay is also matching in finish over the bent carmel slag glass. The glass is complete with no chips or cracks. The lamp has been correctly rewired wire and works perfectly. This is just a great beautiful lamp for your home. Huge Antique Vintage Slag Glass Arts & Crafts Lamp Multi Colored Confetti Glass
Hello and thank you for looking. For your consideration is a stunningly beautiful antique slag glass lamp. The lamp is a very large and heavy 8 panel piece. It measures 26 in height and the shade measures 22 in diameter. The shade contains a gorgeous and rare combination of colored glass, which I have heard referred to as confetti. As you can see, with the lamp turned on, the shade explodes in blues, greens, pinks, yellows, creams, and orange. There is also a separate layer of glass along the lower periphery of the shade that contains the classic caramel and cream colors often seen in these lamps. Overall the shade is in quite good condition. There is one panel that has some cracks which I have zoomed in on in one of the pictures. Additionally, as you can see, new light sockets have been installed. Here is a Rare Bigelow Kennard Bronze complete Lamp Base. Collectors know what this Base is and how had a quality bronze base from this maker is to find. This base is very heavy 28 1/2 tall to the top of the Finial. The foot is 7 x 7 square. The sockets are orig. To the base with orig. Interiors and Ball pulls. One socket has a very minor crack on the cap end. All in working condition. Base has been rewired with Brown old style cloth covers cord with old plug. The patina is original gold gilt with 100 plus year wear. Just the way you want to see them. Please look at the pictures as this is part of the description. These bases dont come up for sell much. Early John Morgan Slag Glass Shade Lamp, Leaded, Arts Crafts, Handel Lamp Era
Up for consideration is a very early and rare Morgan & Sons Slag Glass table lamp. This lamp is very hard to find let alone finding a picture of one. Lamp is all orig. The glass is fantastic, even better in person. The glass has no breaks and orig. The metal work is what Morgan lamps are all about. The patina is true thru out with a Verde and dark brown patina. The shade is 15 Dia. There is minor old solder repairs inside the shade but stable which is pretty common on these Morgan shade because of how they where constructed and being 100 plus years old. The base is fantastic with orig. Harvey Hubbell Sockets with orig. Mica interiors and acorn pulls. The base stands 21 tall. Just a great and hard to find Morgan.
