Vintage Original Slag Glass / Stained Glass Kerosene Hanging Lamp. Decorative slag glass and steel iron framework. Kerosene brass base has a few slight dents as seen in pictures. Antique Bradley & Hubbard Bent Slag Glass Lamp Miller Empire Handel Styles
This is a wonderful Bradley & Hubbard Bent Slag Glass lamp from the early 1900′s. The Lamp stands 20 1/2 inches tall on its sculpted 8 inch base. The lamp base is marked with the Bradley & Hubbard Triangle marking up at the area of the sockets. Check out the photos. There is also a stamp on the base, however it is indecipherable. The great looking shade is 19 1/4 in diameter and 6 1/2 inches tall with a very intricate metal overlay. The Overlay is complete and really nice looking over the variegated Carmel Bent Slag Glass. All the glass is complete without any cracks or chips. The whole lamp has a beautiful patina to it and a great look. The lamp has been correctly rewired and works perfectly. Handel 3 socket Lamp with very early Signed Quoizel Slag glass shade
Handel unsigned but shown in all Handel Lamp books, probably had felt on the bottom at one time. Lamp stands Approx 25″ tall with a 7 1/2″ base. 3 socket lamp with Hubbell sockets and Acorn pull chains. The shade is a very early signed Quoizel with hundreds of pieces of leaded glass, the top row alone has 50 pieces. Shade is approx 18 1/2″ wide and 9″ tall with no cracks or breaks in beautiful condition. Arts & Crafts Prairie Style Gorham Leaded Slag Stained Glass Lamp Handel Era
Please take a look, ask questions, and let me know if you need any additional pictures. This is a stunning example of a beautifully designed and crafted prairie style lamp by Gorham. I will let my pictures do most of the talking here, but will note that the glass in this one, especially the blue/green pieces, are exceptional and have a wonderful glow when lit. This is a nice sized table lamp with a 17″ diameter shade that stands 21 1/2″ tall. Very, VERY, well crafted and solid. Beautiful prairie style shade has been well cared for….. I don’t even see a single crack in the entire shade. Wonderful solid cast brass base has a. Deep greenish/blue finish that matches the colors in the shade very nicely. Original sockets, heat cap and finial. Wired with period style cloth braided cord and a nice. Thanks, and please see my other listings for other great lamps from this period. If you like lamps or need parts please feel free to look at my other auctions or contact me. That being said, please do not embarrass yourself with a lowball offer thinking you are going to get such a lamp like this. It is just a waste of both of our times. If you want to get a cheap lamp, go to WalMart or Ikea. If you are watching this just to watch and see if it sells, that’s fine. Antique Jefferson Table Lamp Signed + Mosaic Slag Glass Shade
Beautiful Jefferson Pittsburgh style signed Table lamp with a paired Mosaic Slag art glass floral shade. Shade is unsigned and has a few cracked pieces. This may be the reason for a lack of a signature, as these non perfect pieces were given to employees or artists. If you are familiar with both Jefferson and Handel you will appreciate the quality and beauty that you see before you, even if the pictures do not do them justice. Measures 26 tall and shade is 16 wide. Jefferson Art lamps were only created from 1900 until 1933. The normally had a reverse painted glass shade. Handel lamps and shades were produced from 1885 until 1939. They also were famous for reverse painted art shades and also created Mosaic Tiffany style shades. Period Arts & Crafts opaque slag glass and iron table lamp, circa 1915. Beautiful patina to original finish on cast iron frame. Original brass oil burner intact, converted to electricity circa 1930s. Several cracks to original glass panels in lower portion of lamp, although do not distract from appearance. Attributed to Bradley & Hubbard. H 20.38 in. X W 11 in. X D 11 in.
