VINTAGE LEADED STAINED GLASS SLAG GLASS TIFFANY STYLE TABLE LAMP ORIGINAL SIGNED ONE OF A KIND. This is an amazing lamp made and signed by Juston Jones an Akron, OH artist. The uniqueness in that he put veining on the leaves from the inside of the lamp shade so when it is on you see veins on the leaves. The quality of his work is amazing! Measures 24 inches in total height the shade is 18 inches wide and 5 1/4 inches in height the base is 7 1/4 inches across. This lamp has one flaw…. One leaf has a hairline crack towards the one edge. The slag coloring does not make it highly noticeable but it is there. The base is a gloss black. Judging by the cord/plug used, I would date this to 50′s-60′s. It is a three light lamp with pull chains. They have standard bulb bases. We used three chandelier bulbs with standard bases. This lamp is in very good overall condition and measures 22 inches tall with the shade being 16 inches wide. The base in the desirable tiffany studios stick form with three sockets and pull chains. The shade in great coloration with very vibrant glass as you can see and in a excellent design. The shade in original condition with the leading all tight and right throughout and no loose glass pieces. Nice old patina on the leading throughout. Vintage leaded amber slag glass ceiling light, 18″ diameter, 11″ high with glass globe, brass chain and copper tone metal ceiling cap. This lamp is probably about 25-30 years old, nicely and solidly made and designed with nice details like the embossed metal band near the top and the embossed decorative brass mounts between the larger curved sections of glass. The wiring is good and lamp works, as you see in our photos. This amber and cream swirl in the slag glass is exceptionally pretty lit or unlit- lit is really has lovely color and sparkle. Up for consideration is a nice Tulip Leaded glass lamp with a rare large Hampshire pottery signed Tulip base. The shade Is a Bent Slag leaded glass shade which I believe is a Whaley. Very difficult to make shades that have the bent Slag glass with the leaded Tulip flowers. The shade is 16 Diameter 7 Deep with a 3 1/2 aperture. Condition is very good. I see no cracks but there are some straw marks from the making of the glass and they have dirt over the years so they look like cracks but dont show thru on the inside of the shade. Wear to the leading. But being a antique thats to be expected. The base is a Rare Tulip signed Hampshire pottery 0013 with even the rare paper labels which are still there all these years. No cracks or repairs in the pot. The 3 socket cluster has Hubbell, s with orig. Interiors and acorn pulls mounted to a large brass oil lamp font thats been converted to electric. The base stands 20 tall and is about 12 wide. The base has been wired with period style cloth covered wire. I took a lot of pictures which is part of the description. A great looking lamp. Leaded Stained Slag Art Glass Lamp Shade Roses Pattern, Handel B&H Era
Beautiful leaded lamp shade I have had in my smoke-free home for decades. It is a belted roses pattern with a fish-scale glass pattern. Absolutely stunning when lit. The pictures do it no justice. It was married to the Bradley and Hubbard lamp base shown for illustrative purposes only. The heat cap is included with this listing. The shade measures just under 18″ diameter and is 5.5″ tall. The aperture ring has a 3-5/8 opening. The aperture ring has some heat stress cracking as shown in the pictures but is structurally sound. We have downsized to a smaller home and the decor is completely different. My loss is your gain. This is truly a beautiful shade and I have never seen any roses shade come close to the beauty or quality of this shade. It will be professionally packaged and double boxed for a safe arrival. Leaded and Slag Caramel Glass Lamp A G Kaufman Powerlamp Antique Table Lamp
Extremely rare turn-of-the-century electrified A. Kaufman leaded slag glass table lamp. These originally used Coleman burners, however this looks to have been professionally electrified sometime in the 1920′s or 1930′s with beautiful period-correct brass hardware with the perfect amount of patina to match the lamp. This is a rare opportunity to get one of these century-old leaded slag glass lamps that’s period-correct but also USABLE without having to worry about cleaning out gas jets or burning down your house/office. The original base gas tank is there, but in doing a complete retrofit the burner was removed. Looks great this way. These Kaufman stems come up for sale quite a bit, but without the shade since so few weren’t broken of the last 100+ years. This is a rare example with NO CRACKS or chips. The metal trim however has at least some manufacturing defects (almost all of them did) where pieces from the cast weren’t completely formed. See the last 4 photos, specifically photo 11 to see for yourself. In addition to having no cracks or chips, this early example of slag glass actually has bits of iron slag visible in it. It’s just a fantastic example of early unique glasswork. 22″ tall and the shade is just short of 12″ in diameter. Metal edges of the shade are beautifully hand-formed and also show no cracks.
