Really amazing condition glass. Some straw lines & natural imperfections as to be expected. One small flake probably from factory on top of the smallest glass font shown in 7th pic. This is mostly covered & unseen with the washer in place. Otherwise NO chips or cracks on glass pieces. Loaded with uranium & glows crazy under blacklight-see last pic. Typical rust & aging on all the metal, especially the base-As seen! The iron base is about 10 square. The base glass is about 6 square. The long glass font is about 5 1/4″long , the smaller glass font is about 2″ long… This package will be packed carefully & have some weight to it. Antique Art Deco Jadeite Uranium Slag Vaseline Houze Akro Agate Glass Lamp
Magnificent Large Art-Deco Bridge Style Table Lamp. This piece is absolutely one of a kind – I know this because I created it from the best parts of about half a dozen table and floor lamps. Ornate cast iron base. The decorative glass pieces are a type of Jadeite Houze glass and yellow Vaseline Uranium glass. The yellow pieces do glow under a black light. All metal pieces, cast iron and brass, have been refinished in an oil rubbed bronze quality paint with a light clear coat. The lamp has been completely rewired with a cloth covered cord appropriate to the period. The socket shell is vintage with a new 3 way switch inside (yes they do make 3 way led bulbs). The stand out piece is the jadeite green base which is rare and beautiful. This piece makes a real statement standing at 38 inches tall. The shade shown in a couple of the pictures is shown as an example only and is not included. It is better that the new owner chooses a shade to make it truly their own.
