This has a great look to it and has been kept in good vintage condition. There may be some scratching or surface wear from age which is to be expected. The metal has some chipping to the paint could use a good cleaning. There may be some missing beadwork. The cord is old and may need to be replaced. This piece measures just under 18 tall. MEASUREMENTS: The lamp stands to top of finial, approx. 18.5 inches, the base is approx 6 inches. The shade measures 12 inches across with a height of 5 5/8 inches. The lamp uses 2 bulbs (I have included). Note: The Lamp is in Very Good Condition / with the Exception of a Dent to the Base / Signs of Ownership – minor scratches, paint to cord. This is a stunning Spanish Revival Mediterranean Gothic Style Antique Slag Glass Curly Wrought Iron Light Shade. The fitter is 2 1/4″, the height is 9″, the width is 14″ with the curls and 11″ without. This is not a light fixture. It is the shade only. It is in good antique condition with some rust residue and wiggly metal curls but generally strong. No chips or cracks or missing glass panels. I only cleaned it with a soft cloth so more cleaning could be done. Please use the zoom to inspect the condition and fine details. It also has a little access door that opens on the side. The glass is clear bubbly purple and opalescent slag glass with yellows greens and ivory. Feel free to ask questions.

HUGE Handel Arts & Crafts Slag Stained Glass Reverse Painted Shade Lamp Base
Here’s a really huge Handel triple socket lamp base. This is a base that needs a good sized shade and if you have such a shade this base will add tremendous value to it. It has recently been refinished in a shiny dark brown color with metallic speckles. Comes complete with its original sockets, interiors, and acorn pull chains. Recently rewired with period style cloth braided cord. Its a large base standing 23″ tall with a bottom that measures 6 1/4″ in square. Widest middle part is about 7 1/2 in diameter. Here’s a large Handel fluted form lamp base. Its a nice all original base with its original, but fairly worn, copper colored finish and original matching Bryant pull chain sockets with their original interiors and even acorn pulls. This is one of Handel’s larger sized bases standing 26 1/2″ tall with a bottom that measures 8 1/4″ in diameter. Unsigned but 100% guaranteed to be Handel.
