Up for sale is this awesome antique Art Nouveau green marble slag glass ornate heavy cast metal lamp mark VR on bottom. This lamp measures approx. 20 1/2″ tall and the shade is 12″ by 12. The cast metal is in good condition with no damages but the slag panels have chips on the edges and some repaired cracks as pictured(could be replaced if desired). One panel has 2 repaired cracks across the center, and another has a repaired corner crack but they are not very noticeable – a really nice lamp!! Vintage Slag Glass Table Lamp Art Nouveau Marble Glass
This is gorgeous vintage slag glass table lamp with lighted base, cast in metal. The lamp features highly ornate stylized swags, beaded, ribbon motif with flower baskets and butterflies. The slag glasses are subtle green and rusty orange with creamy white and yellow accents; there are a total of 10 (6 panels on shade, 4 panels on base) slag glass panels that are all matching, original, and undamaged. 14 tall to the top of the finial and 9 across the widest point of the shade base. Lamp works, but has original wiring that should likely be replaced. Condition is very good with age appropriate wear. This is a very heavy, sturdy lamp that looks beautiful when lighted. This is large, the bottom circumference is 23inches. It is an octogon shape, has 8 panels. There is beautiful beads going all around it. Age wear/finish loss on the tips of the crowns. See all photos as they are part of description. Chain and wire is approx 12in long and is not original (bezel has also been replaced) and can be easily changed to make longer if so desired.
