Antique Bradley & Hubbard Bent Slag Glass Lamp Miller Empire Handel Styles
This is a wonderful Bradley & Hubbard Bent Slag Glass lamp from the early 1900′s. The Lamp stands 20 1/2 inches tall on its sculpted 8 inch base. The lamp base is marked with the Bradley & Hubbard Triangle marking up at the area of the sockets. Check out the photos. There is also a stamp on the base, however it is indecipherable. The great looking shade is 19 1/4 in diameter and 6 1/2 inches tall with a very intricate metal overlay. The Overlay is complete and really nice looking over the variegated Carmel Bent Slag Glass. All the glass is complete without any cracks or chips. The whole lamp has a beautiful patina to it and a great look. The lamp has been correctly rewired and works perfectly. This is a very nice heavy Miller Lamp Co. Bent Slag Glass Table Lamp in great condition. The lamp stands 21 1/2 inches tall on it’s richly flower sculpted 8 inch base. The center column is a beautifully patinated brass. The Bent Slag Glass shade is 8 1/2 inches tall and 15 to 17 inches wide, measuring flats or corners. The rich dark finish is complete and has a lot of the original coloring of the flowers in the shade. The variegated tan bent slag glass is complete with no cracks or chips. Antique Miller Bent Slag Glass Lamp Bradley & Hubbard, Handel, Empire Style
This is a really fine looking large Miller Lamp Co. Bent Slag Glass Lamp with a great metal overlay to the shade. The lamp stands 24 inches tall on its 8 inch cast iron base with a great dark brown patina. The vaselike column is bronze/brass with a great patina. The shade it 8 1/2 inches tall and 15 1/2 or 18 wide, depending on flats or corners for measurements. The bent slag glass is a mixture of colors with variegated tan for the large pieces and a multicolored glass in the vertical pieces. It makes for a very pleasing color palette. The overlay is richly complex and very well detailed. There is one small piece of overlay missing in one area, it in no way detracts from the looks of this lamp. The lamp has been correctly rewired and works perfectly. Just one great looking lamp for your home. Antique Bent Slag Glass Lamp Chicago Empire Co Miller, Bradley & Hubbard Styles
This is a good looking and heavy Variegated Carmel Bent Slag Glass lamp by Chicago Empire Co. The lamp stands 23 1/2 inches tall to the top of the finial, on its neatly sculpted 7 1/2 inch base. The lamp weighs over 17 pounds. The Beautiful Carmel Bent Slag glass shade is all complete with no cracks or chips and the metal overlay is called “Morning Glory on Trellis”. The shade is 16 1/2 or 18 inches in diameter, depending on where measured and is 7 inches tall. The aperture on the shade is about 3 3/8 inches wide. The finish on the lamp is almost all there with a few age chips here and there. The sculpted metal base and vase shaped column have a great dark patinated brown finish to it. I find no markings on the lamp however, it is pictured in their old lamp catalogs. The lamp has been correctly rewired and works perfectly. Just a really beautiful lamp for your home or desk. Antique Miller Bent Slag Glass Lamp Bradley & Hubbard Pittsburgh Empire Styles
This is a Beautiful signed Miller lamp from the 1920s. It has its original fine patinated Gold finish from the sculpted base to the top of the finial. There is some wear to the high spots on the beautifully sculpted base column which adds to its look and character. It is in wonderful condition. This lamp stands 23 inches tall to the top of the finial. The sculpted base stands 21 inches tall on it’s 7 1/2 inch diameter base. The Shade is 16 1/2 inch in diameter and the variegated carmel bent slag glass shade is about 61/2 inches tall. All the sculpted overlay is complete with almost all of its original finish and the bent slag glass is all there without any cracks or breaks. The lamp has been correctly rewired and everything works perfectly. The fluted and sculpted vase like column has a great patinated tone and look to it. The bottom of the base is marked “MLCO, 233″. Antique Empire Of Chicago 1910 Green Slag Glass Table Lamp Morning Glories on Trellis Open Work Design. Size: 22.5″ t × 18″ at widest point. Beautiful curved marbled green slag glass with morning glories and trellis open work design. One slag panel is cracked and is only noticeable upon close inspection-see picture. Cast metal open work design is gold tone in color. There is a small missing piece of cast metal one work on the top- see picture. Panels are held in via the bottom with folding metal tabs. All tabs look to be present and one table looks replaced. Lamp has two sockets. One socket is missing it’s chain for turning on and off. Lights looks like it may of been rewired at one time. Lamp base surface has wearing from cleaning. Not sure if finial is original or replacement. This item is large, heavy and delicate. Please see pictures and feel free to ask questions. Up for consideration is this Rare Beautiful French Empire Antique Arts & Crafts Slag Glass Table Lamp featuring Do uble Downward Lamp Sockets. It is in very good to excellent antique estate condition. We are not for certain if all the shade slag glass is original (see photos). All of the decorative metal is in tact. It features a round reverse image shade rest for shade fitter (see photos). There are areas of corrosion, patina or tarnish and scratches on the metal (see photos).
