Vinyl cord in good pliable condition, will not use dried up cracking cords. This one is fine. All filigree in tact. Really nice caramel art glass none broken with soft green bottom trim also no broken panels. Great little lamp in great shape too for the age! Antique Green Bent Slag Glass Bradley & Hubbard lamp Miller Handel Empire styles
This is a really fine Bradley & Hubbard lamp with a Chicago Empire shade. They apparently made some shades for other companies. This is a heavy lamp weighing in at over 18 1/2 pounds. It stands 21 inches tall on its 7 1/2 inch finely scupted patinated brass base. The lamp is marked with the normal Bradley & Hubbard Triangle up by the sockets. The bottom of the base is also marked “M 99″. The Green Bent Slag glass has a fine complete overlay called the “Morning Glory on Trellis” by Empire and is 18 12 or 16 1/2 inches in diameter (depending or measuring flats or corners) and stands 7 inches tall. All the glass is complete with no chips or cracks. The lamp has been correctly rewired and works perfectly. Just a wonderful lamp for your home or office. Check out all the photos. This is a very nice heavy Miller Lamp Co. Bent Slag Glass Table Lamp in great condition. The lamp stands 21 1/2 inches tall on it’s richly flower sculpted 8 inch base. The center column is a beautifully patinated brass. The Bent Slag Glass shade is 8 1/2 inches tall and 15 to 17 inches wide, measuring flats or corners. The rich dark finish is complete and has a lot of the original coloring of the flowers in the shade. The variegated tan bent slag glass is complete with no cracks or chips. Antique Bent Green Slag Glass Lamp Chicago Empire Co. Miller Bradley & Hubbard
This is a wonderful heavy Bronze and Green Bent Slag Glass lamp by Chicago Empire Co. The lamp stands 21 1/2 inches tall on its neatly sculpted 7 1/2 inch base. The lamp weighs over 15 pounds. The Beautiful Green Bent Slag glass shade is all complete with no cracks or chips and is called “Morning Glory on Trellis” and is 17 or 18 1/2 inches in diameter, depending on where measured. It is 7 inches tall. There is one very small part of the casting in the top of the overlay that was missing in the cast. If I did not mention it you would not notice it, but I want to be accurate. The finish on the lamp is all there and the Bronze metal base and ribbed column have a great variegated green bronze finish to it. I find no markings on the lamp however, it is pictured in their old lamp catalogs. The lamp has been correctly rewired and works perfectly. Just a really beautiful lamp for your home or desk. This is a wonderful Rare antique A & R Co lamp, from a Newark, NJ company, manufactured in the early 1900′s. The Base is marked A & R Co. The lamp stands 20 1/4 inches tall on its 7 inch diameter base with a wonderful patinated color finish. The shade is 18 inch in diameter and 7 inches tall. The overlay is complete and with almost all its finish. The lamp has a beautiful patinated green and brown finish with great accent colors. The finish is about 90 – 95%, with some wear to high points. The wonderful pierced overlay is also matching in finish over the bent carmel slag glass. The glass is complete with no chips or cracks.
