Up for consideration is this Vintage Antique Art Nouveau Table Lamp Brass Pairpoint Footed Base with Heavily Detailed Filigree Eight Panel Cream Beige Slag Glass Shade. It features socket based on/off switch. We found the shade in La Jolla, California. It is in very good to excellent vintage estate condition. There are areas of patina or tarnish (see photos). At least one f leur de lis up top are not completely straight (see photos). There are No chips or cracks in slag glass shade. It measures approximately 11 inches in diameter for shade, 6 inches in diameter for base and 17 inches tall. This also applies to non lower 48, USA locations. The Vintage Blue / Green Bent Slag Stained Glass Shade on Detailed Metal Base Lamp is stunning! When lit, bright greens and blues streak through all six bent slag panels! The 1 7/8 banding has raised filigree surrounding the six-panel crown beautifully while each panel has floral banding dropping from top to base of each panel, completed by simple metal holding the rest of the panel safely together! My Kindle Fire has has serious difficulty taking representative lit pictures of this stunning shade! Picture #3, lit, appears to show a blue-only shade but that is not accurate…. Bright blues and greens streak from bottom to top of each panel as I admire it while writing this listing! The incredible lamp base has swirls of filigree on this gold-highlighted with dark undertones beauty! Four lovely feet support this lamp and appear to have swirls that match detail at the bottom of each shades’ panel. A new S-socket and new electrical cord have been installed! Vintage 20 D, 10H 12 panel slag glass lamp shade only w detailed scrolling
Vintage 20″D, 10″ H, 12 slag glass panels with two distinct color schemes. The lower section features retangular panels that are blue W white highlights, and the main curved glass section has green panels with brown and white highlights. The metal pattern is elaborate, quite detailed, and reminds one of a tropical setting. The pattern repeats itself on each 2 part panel for a total of 6 identical sections. The shade is in excellent condition with no damaged slag glass panels, no discernable damage or missing metal scroll work and the only damage is a small hole in one top border(see photo). At some point additional weld material was added to reinforce the bottom joints where each section is welded together. Even so there is still minor gaps between several of the seams.
