Antique Mission Slag Glass Ceiling Mount Hanging Light Lamp Fixture Hall Entry
This is an antique brass chandelier from the 1920s with a medium size and a mission style. It features a slag glass ceiling mount and is designed to be a hanging light lamp fixture for a hall entry. The chandelier is an original antique piece and is made of brass. Glass is all fine. The latch for the the top may need a little help.

Really neat period original fixture. No bracket or socket but thats simple hardware store stuff. One hinge is broken on bottom door. Fix or just be careful as it is still fairly sturdy. Vintage Slag Glass Pendant Ceiling Light Fixture
The term “slag glass” refers to glass created from waste or “slag” formed during the smelting of iron ore. This discarded glass was reused and turned into ornamental pieces, giving it a distinct and appealing appearance. The glass has a unique marbled or streaked appearance. Condition: The fixture features a new porcelain socket, wire, aged ground wire, antique brass chain, antique brass ceiling canopy, antique brass thumbscrews, mounting bracket, and installation hardware. The fixture shows its antiquity with only minor inconsistencies. Electrical: The fixture uses a standard medium base socket. Suitable for dry conditions. Use a 60-watt bulb.
