Incredible Signed Northwest Art Shade Co. Bent Panel Slag Glass Lamp Mermaids
A stunning and rare signed Northwest Art Shade Co. Bent panel slag glass lamp. The panels are in caramel, blue, and red. The shade has 32 panels. The ornate frame features cherubs, mermaids, and mythical beasts. The shade retains its original gold and green patina with blue and red iridescent painted accents. The lamp is in excellent, pristine condition. No breaks or missing panels. Every shade clip is still present. Minor finish wear on the neck of the lamp, between the base and the socket cluster. The base is lit. The lamp has been rewired. There is no on/off switch for the base, so the lamp presently has to be unplugged to turn off the base light. A switch for the base could easily be installed on the cord. The lamp measures 26.5 inches tall. The shade is 8.25 inches high x 20.5 inches diameter. Antique 8 Panel Bent Slag Glass Palm Trees Design Electric Table Lamp -works
Antique Bent Slag Glass Lamp. Beautiful antique bent slag glass lamp. The heavy spelter base features a tulip design around the top of the base and an ornate pattern around the stem. The base is completed with two brass turn key sockets and a finial to hold the shade in place. The shade has 8 panels of light green slag glass with smaller alternating caramel colored and white slag glass panels underneath each. There are strips of spelter separating each panel and filigree over the bottom half of each panel. The filigree over the caramel glass has an ornate design while the filigree over the light green glass has a palm tree design. In the center of the palm trees is a church. Nice, intricate detailing is present throughout the lamp. Guaranteed to be antique. At the time of listing the lamp is in WORKING condition. This great looking lamp would make a wonderful addition to any antique lamp or lighting collection! Great for every day use! In VERY GOOD condition, but here is a crack and small chip of missing glass at the top of one of the glass panels and one of the small connector strips has lifted away from the top. Antique Bradley & Hubbard Bent Slag Glass Lamp Miller Empire Handel Styles
This is a wonderful Bradley & Hubbard Bent Slag Glass lamp from the early 1900′s. The Lamp stands 20 1/2 inches tall on its sculpted 8 inch base. The lamp base is marked with the Bradley & Hubbard Triangle marking up at the sockets. There is also a stamp on the base, however it is indecipherable. The great looking large shade is 19 1/4 in diameter and 6 1/2 inches tall with a very intricate and complete metal overlay. The Overlay is all there and really nice looking over the variegated Carmel Bent Slag Glass. Check out the photos. All the glass is complete without any cracks or chips. ANTIQUE 6 PANEL BENT SLAG GLASS TABLE LAMP with OVERLAY HANDEL B&H ERA
This is a nice antique bent caramel and cream colored slag glass lamp. There are six panels, all but one of which are free from any cracks and look great! The lamp has been rewired at some point in the past70s? , it has two sockets and lights up wonderfully. One condition issue, a single panel was cracked perfectly in two near the bottom I was able to use a special Loctite adhesive to bond the two perfectly fitting pieces back together. The repaired crack is hard to spot unless viewing the piece head on and from close proximity. I have highlighted the repaired panel in two of the included pictures. Regardless, a lovely bent caramel and cream slag glass lamp. The dimensions are as follows. Overall Lamp height 22.5. Shade at it’s widest point 16.4. Shade’s height 7.5. Antique Bradley & Hubbard Bent Slag Glass Lamp Miller Pittsburgh Rainaud Styles
This is an Antique original wonderful Bradley & Hubbard double signed Bent Slag Glass lamp. It is a nice sized and heavy lamp standing 19 1/2 inches tall on a 7 1/2 inch richly chased and sculpted base. T he base and column have the original patinated bronze finish in almost perfect condition. The 6 panel bent slag glass shade is about 16 inches in diameter and stands 6 1/2 inches tall. It is complete and all the beautiful sculpted overlay is complete with a wonderful antique bronze patina. The Bent Slag Glass panels are complete, no cracks or breaks. Signed at the top of the column with the B & H triangle mark with another similar marking and number on the base bottom. Check out the photos. The lamp has been correctly rewired and works perfectly. Antique Bent Slag Glass Lamp Empire Miller Bradley & Hubbard Styles
This is a great large Bent Slag Glass lamp probably by Empire Lamp Co from Chicago although it is not marked. It is similar to their other shade styles. The lamp stands 22 inches tall to the top of the finial on its beautifully sculpted 7 1/2 base. The base has a great deep patinated finish with green verdigris highlights which is about all complete. The full 8 panel Bent Slag glass shade is 20 1/2 inches in diameter and 7 3/4 inches tall. The well executed overlay is complete with a patinated gold/brass finish covering the molted tan bent slag glass. All the glass is intact with no chips or cracks and all the securing tabs are there. The lamp is unmarked except for “840″ on the underside of the base. The lamp has been correctly rewired and works perfectly. Just a wonderful large lamp for your home or office. ANTIQUE 12 PANEL BENT SLAG GLASS TABLE LAMP with OVERLAY HANDEL B&H ERA
This is a nice antique bent caramel/cream + green colored slag glass lamp. There are 12 panels (6 bent caramel + 6 straight green), all of which are free from any cracks and look great! The lamp has been rewired at some point in the past70s? , it has one socket and lights up wonderfully. The metal overlay is of a holly or perhaps vine motif… Finally the overlay and base have been painted a black over the original bronze/brass paint. The only condition issue worth mentioning affects the overlay, on one panel a portion of the overlay near the top of the shade is missing and a couple areas in the overlay have minor breaks (as pictured). Antique Classical Adams Arts Crafts Slag Glass Bent Panel Lamp Original As Is
It has an old, working brass fat boy pull chain socket and later cord. It works and should be re-wired. The shade has some slight separations where the frame sections meet and is missing some small tabs that hold the glass in place. Someone went crazy with hot glue and this needs to be removed for a proper repair. The glass appear to be original and free of cracks and repairs. You will note looseness where the stem meets the base: the whole lamp base needs to be tightened up.
