Antique Green Bent Slag Glass Bradley & Hubbard lamp Miller Handel Empire styles
This is a really fine Bradley & Hubbard lamp with a Chicago Empire shade. They apparently made some shades for other companies. This is a heavy lamp weighing in at over 18 1/2 pounds. It stands 21 inches tall on its 7 1/2 inch finely scupted patinated brass base. The lamp is marked with the normal Bradley & Hubbard Triangle up by the sockets. The bottom of the base is also marked “M 99″. The Green Bent Slag glass has a fine complete overlay called the “Morning Glory on Trellis” by Empire and is 18 12 or 16 1/2 inches in diameter (depending or measuring flats or corners) and stands 7 inches tall. All the glass is complete with no chips or cracks. The lamp has been correctly rewired and works perfectly. Just a wonderful lamp for your home or office. Check out all the photos. Antique A&R Art Nouveau Bent Slag Panel Glass Lamp & Shade Bradley Hubbard Type
Antique A&R Art Nouveau Bent Slag Panel Glass Lamp & Shade Bradley & Hubbard, Edward Miller, H E Rainaud Type. It is made of a spelter alloy metal with a bronze finish. The shade has flowers with original yellow paint. It measures about 20″ tall to top of finial; the base spelter part alone is 13 1/4″ long and bottom is 7 across. The 6 bent caramel slag panel shade is about 6 1/2″ high and 16 3/4″ wide. Bottom is marked A&R Co with number 00 & 8. The 2 bulb socket cluster is original and marked Bryant with the original pull chains. A&R Co was located at Newark NJ and the lamps are same style and quality as B&H and all the other famous lamp makers. One of the panels has a couple cracks but there are no chips or missing pieces of glass. The metal filagree and base have no cracks or chips, there is some age wear to the finish. Antiaque Salem Bros. Bent Slag Glass Lamp Bradley & Hubbard Miller Handel styles
This is a really good looking Salem Brothers Bent Slag Glass Lamp. The lamp stands 23 inches tall on its 7 inch wonderfully sculpted cast iron base. The lamp is heavy, weighing in at over 15 pounds. Really a good looking lamp with about all of its original patinated gold finish, near how it came from the studio. The overlay Bent Caramel Slag Glass shade is 15 or 16 inches in diameter, depending on measuring flats or corners and is 8 inches tall. All the wonderful sculpted flower and leaf overlay is complete with really fine detailing. All the glass is complete with no cracks or missing chips. The base is marked on the bottom with the Salem Brothers logo. The lamp has been correctly rewired and works perfectly. Just a great Salem Brothers lamp for your home or office. RARE Double Tulip Antique Bent Slag Glass Lamp Shade #1 of 2
This is a rarer form of the glass tulip shade featuring a beautiful color combination of green and a soft shade of pink. It is larger than the single tulip shades so please take note of the actual size. It can be used in a number of ways. The second smaller shade in my last photo is for sale in a separate listing. Dimensions: 2 1/4″ fitter, 6 1/2″ tall, about 7 across the widest part. Condition: Green / pink glass is in great shape, no cracks. A small leaf of brass is missing as shown in last photo. Exceptional Bent Slag Glass Art Nouveau Lamp 26 1/2 Handel Miller B & H Era. We are pleased to offer for sale this gorgeous vintage Art Nouveau style bent slag glass table lamp. This lamp is 26 1/2″ tall to the top of the finial and the shade is 20″ in diameter from corner to corner. The shade has six multicolored slag glass panels with beautiful intricate filigree detail. The panels have the same design but each has a unique look because of the various brilliant colors of glass. The condition of the shade is excellent with no chips, cracks or repairs. The filigree has no missing pieces. The base has some crazing and paint chips (see photos). Lamp has double sockets with two pull chains. There is no makers name on this lamp but it is the style and era of Handel, Miller and Bradley and Hubbard. This lamp is a wonderful work of art and we will package it with utmost care in two boxes. 8 Bent Panel Green Slag Glass Table Hanging Lamp Shade Pierced Metal Work 21D
This shade is unique because of the Pieced or Open Metal Work Frame holding the glass which creates a wonderful light show. I was unable to verify who the maker was but believe this is from the 1930′s. Approximate Measurements: 21″ Diameter x 12″ tall. Condition: The shade is in Excellent Antique Condition although it has 2 secured cracks in the glass (see pictures), but it retains 99% of the metal work. The gilding that decorated the metal work originally is gone now. Please see the pictures for more information as to the condition of this item as they serve as part of my description. The metal is finished in a silver color and the shade rests on a lamp base with scrolls, garlands and fleur-de-lis decoration against matching slag stained bent glass panels. The lamp has a three-sockets cluster and floral finial. Condition : slightly wear to silver finish on metal, two-sockets have been replaced, glass panels are in very good condition.
