ANTIQUE LILY SLAG GLASS LAMP FLOWER PINK GREEN BRONZED BASE POSSIBLY HANDEL. For your consideration is an exquisite ANTIQUE SLAG GLASS LILY TABLE LAMP possibly made by HANDEL. Light wear to base from being safely displayed and stored for many years. This comes from a local estate. The shades are removeable and you can change the look of the lamp to many different styles of your chosing by moving the shades to different stems. The lamp has three separate lights that come up and hang over in a floral design. You can have the main middle light on, the two-side lights on, or all three lights on depending on your preference. Each shade has alternating pink and green slag art glass panels and look just amazing with the bronzed metal base stand. It has a ON/OFF turn switch on the base and comes with original cord. Works great, with no issues. The base is covered with a gray felt material that has a few slight tears. I have not tried to remove the material to see if it is signed anywhere on the base. I cannot find any signatures. It is very similar to some HANDEL signed lamps in the LILY style. It is very heavy and is definetily a designer piece. The lamp measures aprox 22.5″ tall and the base measures aprox 10″ wide. This is a very hard to find piece and would be a great addition to any collection. Lamp is in great condition with NO chips, cracks or repairs. What an exquisite piece. What you see is what you will receive. This has a great look and it lights up better than I can photograph. Its in very good overall condition as well. The base measures 22.5 inches tall and the shade is 18 inches wide, so its a full sized lamp. The base and shade unsigned but of the 1920′s period. The base in nice original patina and with no breaks or metalware damage. It has been recently rewired and has newer sockets. The shade with great glass and leading throughout and without any looseness in the glass segments nor any missing glass. A tight age crack here or there but only 2-3 at the most. All the leading tight and right. Overall very good condition for a lamp about 100 years old as well as a great arts and crafts design around the border. Thanks for looking and please check out my other cool lamps I have up for sale now as well. So when I see your offers, I have to subtract those costs to get to my net. The costs can be up to 250.00 per item depending on the final price. I will be offering my lamps as reasonable as possible so as to 1. Not cause sticker shock like so many other sellers, 2. To sell them and not let my inventory sit around for years on end. Thanks for checking this great lamp out and please check out my other great lighting options as well. Recently I have been putting different lighting on with reserves and no reserves. Zone two would be 75.00 times 20% which equals 15.00 which is added to the 75.00 and becomes 90.00. Zone three is 75.00 times 33% which is 25.00 which then becomes 100.00 for zone three. Sorry to do this and I hope you will stay on as fine and loyal customers. We may be able to hand deliver this item ourselves. What that means is this. There are a few things in life we cant do without. Food, water, fire, oxygen, the sun, shelter etc. So when it comes to shelter and necessary light for it, thats where I come in. I believe in living simply and within my means but surrounded by items of great quality. Of and the wasteful utilities that go along with that. So why is it people go out and spend. Not to mention you got the same usage for that entire time period? This makes infinitely more financial sense than the other choice, plus you have a conversation piece in the room and something to be proud of. Also you have more cultural feeling invested in something 100 years old knowing that it can never be duplicated by modern making techniques and knowing there a few, if any, like it left for this world and now its yours. You display it and care for it. So again thats where I come in. Great period lighting when electricity was still in its infancy. When makers like Bradley and Hubbard, Handel, Tiffany studios, Pairpoint, and others cared about quality, appearance, and function. When makers were trying to outdo one another with this new business boom of electric lighting. When we went from whale and kerosene oil lamps and gas, to electric. This is when the best lamps in the world were manufactured and the ones I want to light my home with when its dark. I cant control the sun or the amount of light it provides or when it comes up or goes down, and whether its cloudy or not, but I can control the light in my home when its dark. And like I said earlier, I want nice rugs, paintings, pottery, furniture, etc. And I want to see those items lit by great lighting. Its what makes a home more outstanding and livable because without it you see absolutely nothing. A quality lamp makes or breaks a room. You can have the best rugs, furniture, paintings, and accessories in the world, but without great lamps or lighting nobody will ever see it. I have for sale this super bradley and hubbard leaded geometric lamp. Its a pretty large lamp measuring 24.5 inches tall with the shade being 19 inches wide. The base with the best sort of arts and crafts design going for it and it compliments the shade perfectly. Original bryant sockets with their satellite pulls. The base also with very nice original patina throughout and all original sockets and pulls. There are no metalware breaks and the base in fine working order. The shade also in equally nice condition with solid leading throughout with the leading having a great chocolate brown patina which matches the base perfectly. The glass with vibrant colors of green, yellow, and orange through out. The orange seems to light up more red than anything but unlit are certainly orange. There are some tight age cracks that are nothing to be alarmed about at all, as they are solid and not going anywhere for another 100 years if even then and they are around the border areas. These are caused from age or heat and as to be expected for a lamp this age. These are not caused by any sort of damage or accident to the shade and i mention them so to be very accurate for the superpicky. Myself they mean nothing to me because of the rarity of the shade and the fact they do not need repair in my lifetime. Also i see no signs of repair anywhere on the base or shade. Simply a very nice period lamp, from a great great maker and in very nice overall condition. So when I see your offers, I have to subtract those costs to get to my net. The costs can be up to 250.00 per item depending on the final price. I will be offering my lamps as reasonable as possible so as to 1. Not cause sticker shock like so many other sellers, 2. This has a great look and it lights up better than I can photograph. Its in very good overall condition as well. The base measures 18 inches tall and the shade is 16 and ½ inches wide. The base unsigned as well as the shade but this is a quality maker for sure. The base in original patina throughout and newly rewired with proper period style cloth cord and new sockets. The base in a three lilly pad design at the bottom which I have never seen on a base before and in fine working order. No breaks or damage to speak of regarding the base and its very well made and fairly heavy for its size. The shade with great glass and leading throughout. Designed in a fishscale design and without any looseness in the glass segments nor any missing glass. A tight age crack here or there, 2-3 in total throughout. Thanks for looking and please check out my other cool lamps I have up for sale now as well. So when I see your offers, I have to subtract those costs to get to my net. I have never seen this lamp before and probably never will again. Parker made some great lamps that looked nothing like his competitors and this is certainly one of them. For that reason alone, i like it alot. Its in very nice original condition although dirty, and in fine working order. Its a full sized lamp measuring in at 21.5 tall and 17.5 inches wide. The shade with segments of outstanding quality slag glass encased in a great pattern of art nouveau design. The base and the shade compliment each other perfectly, please see photos. Both base and shade without any damage to speak of, but there is wear consistent with a lamp 100 years old, again see photos. No dings, dents, broken glass, or stuff like that, just some dirt and normal wear. Very minor patina loss again consistent with age. The base recently rewired with proper period style cord and more importantly retaining its original hubbell sockets and acorn pulls. If you live in the following radius or just outside it, we should communicate about not using a major carrier, so it has a better chance of survival and minimizing damage or a damage claim as well. Please Check out my other items! Some great Bradley Hubbard, Tiffany, Handel, etc. To all potential buyers. Please feel free to. Chances are if there aren’t any, it’s a newer item and you shouldn’t want it anyways. In other words, a minor blemish on some metalwork belonging to a large shade or a 1/16 by 1/16 of a paint flake missing, please try and be reasonable. I always describe the important aspects towards condition reports and sometimes my eye misses what I deem immaterial issues such as the aforementioned sentence. Thanks for your understanding. I have for sale this very nice twice signed handel leaded geometric lamp. Twice signed means both shade and base being properly signed. This is a very nice leaded lamp and its in excellent overall condition. The base measures 23 inches tall and the shade is 18 inches wide. The base without issue, which means no metalware breaks or damage and its in fine working order. It has its original three socket cluster with hubbell sockets and acorn pulls and its been recently rewired with correct period style cloth cord. Its also in excellent original patina throughout. The shade in excellent original condition with all pieces of glass present and accounted for. The glass vibrant and alive as the pictures show and all the leading tight and right throughout. Great glass here folks as handel is well known for with some nice dirt in the striations of the glass. The shade well made with the leading showing no signs of weakness nor losses. The shade signed with a handel tag on the lower border and the base signed on the bottom. HUGE WILKINSON SLAG GLASS PANEL LAMP. Is a really big unsigned Wilkinson slag glass panel lamp. The lamp stands 26.5″ tall and the shade has a maximum diameter of 19″. All of the decorative filigree is present on the shade. The focal point of the base is a cameo design bordered by a ram’s head on either side. The number on the base is 250. THE LAMP IS IN ORIGINAL CONDITION The shade rest and finial are original to this base to my knowledge.. CONDITION: THERE IS DAMAGE TO THE SHADE.. SOME PANELS HAVE CRACKS IN THEM.. AT LEAST 5 PANELS NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. AS THEY HAVE CRACKS IN THEM OR HAVE POORLY BEEN REPAIRED. THERE IS ONLY 1 ACORN PULL AND THE OTHER 2 ARE BALLS. We are not experts in this lamp or product use your best judgement and ask all questions prior to purchasing. This lamp is extremely heavy. Im guessing over 20 lbs..
