A Beautiful RESTORED Ornate Vintage Circa 1930s. Art Deco Jadeite/Slag/Uranium/Vaseline Glass Bridge Floor Lamp with Shade. The ornate BASE is marked S604. This is a PERFECT example of the Beautiful Art Deco Design used in the 1920′s & 30′s. This lamp has been totally restored and yet still has the patina that you would expect from a lamp from the 1930′s. All of the brass parts have been machine polished to a high golden brass shine (including the brass bulb socket and shade holder). The brass poles show the intricate detail in the etched design very nicely. All of the cast iron and metal parts have been thoroughly cleaned and have had the rust and debris removed and they are left with some of the original gold paint, and the “marbled” metal & gold painted patina finish looks amazing. Once the base was cleaned it revealed an embossed ID of “S 604″. We do not know what maker this is, so if anyone would like to help, it would be appreciated. It has been rewired with a “Twisted Cloth Wrapped” Vintage Style cord and a new vintage looking plug. And of course it works great! The THREE Jadeite (or Vaseline/Slag) glass globes are all in excellent shape. No chips or pieces missing. The original cork sleeve that holds them securely is still there. And of course it glows under the ultra-violet light. We’ve selected a very nice Frosted Ribbed Dome Glass Shade which measures 6 1/2″ at the base width and 4″ tall. It goes well with the style, but is also easy to replace if you have something else. The lamp can easily swivel to be at either an angle or straight up and down. 10.75 bridge length. 10.5 diameter base. You’re going to LOVE this Lamp!
