Welcome To The Antique Cabinet. For your consideration is a wonderful antique HANDEL Geometric Glass Lamp Shade, circa 1920-30s. His is a great piece from the Arts & Crafts and Art Deco Era. It features a six-sided domed body with a geometric design overlay. The large upper panels have a. Caramel-cream colored glass, the lower apron panels have a striated green glass both colors combine nicely for a soft, tranquil glow. 9½” wide (flat to flat) by 5¼” tall with 2 1/8 fitter rim, this is nice size shade in regard to the range of fixtures it could fit! The shade is in excellent condition with lite age-related wear; the glass is free of any cracks or repairs. A fantastic example of early HANDEL Lighting! – - – - -. Fine Antique Signed MILLER Art Nouveau Slag Glass Lamp c. 1910-1915 antique
Fine Art Nouveau slag glass signed lamp made by Miller. It is signed on the underside of the base MILLER. The shade is 8 ¼ square and the overall height is 18 ¼ to the top of the finial. There are (4) caramel and cream slag glass on the top with (4) red and orange slag glass on the sides. All glass panels include art nouveau filigree work and are in excellent condition. One small piece of filigree is missing a ½ piece at the top of the lamp and is not noticeable. Please review the photos. The glass is without chips, cracks or breaks. This is a single socket lamp with a pull chain. The lamp has been rewired for immediate use. 18 ¼ high by x 8 ¼ x 8 ¼ square. This is a Rare Antique Working Signed “Handel” Slag Glass Art Nouveau Electric Table Lamp, made in the USA, during the early 1920′s by the Handel Lamp Company Meriden, Connecticut USA. The Base is Gold Gilded Cast Iron, with a Nice Patina and 3 3/4 Fitter Diameter. It is Signed Underneath “Handel”, as pictured. The Ornate Pyramid Style Slag Glass Shade has Four Caramel Slag Glass Larger Upper Panels, with Four Green Marble Slag Glass Rectangular Lower Glass Panels in a Metal Art Deco Tercota Overlay. The Lamp Measures approx. The Shade has a 11 1/2″ x 11 1/2″ Base Diameter, with a Height of approx. The Shade is in Great Condition with the Original Finish, and is the Correct Original Shade for the Lamp. The Glass is in Excellent Condition with No Cracks or Damage, Looks Great!!! This lamp is 22 1/2″ tall to the top of the acorn finial, the shade is 18″ in diameter. There are eight caramel and cream slag glass panels with beautiful ornate brass fretwork. The base is brass and bronzed metal. The glass panels, fretwork and base are in excellent condition. There are double sockets with pull chain switches, you can light one or both.
