Mission Oak Lamp With Slag Glass Shade
Here is a period Mission Style lamp, c 1915 – 1920. Working condition, no damage at all to the shade or the wood base. Primary wood appears to be oak. Shade has metal frame-work with caramel colored slag glass. The wire appears to have been changed in the 60s or 70s. Lamp is in working condition. The lamp does have one tiny ouchie that doesn’t seem to effect the integrity or structural support. See photos, photo # 8; there’s a small chip of wood missing on one of the shade’s supporting “arms”, and, at the very top of the shade, the metal framework has separated a very small amount, its visible in the photos. The metal separation does not effect the structural integrity and likely can just be put back in place. Otherwise, I don’t see any other problems. To turn it on or off, there is a pull chain. Please look all the photos over carefully. This would go well with almost any décor. These are getting pretty hard to find esp in this condition. No international sales, domestic sales only. Presented for your consideration is this beautiful antique wall sconce lamp. Great Arts & Crafts/Gothic design. The metal has a brass finish. Mounts on the wall and the lamp part hangs down. There are four green slag glass panels. Over all measures 12″ tall x 7″ wide. Extends from the wall 9. Shade alone is 7 square. The back plate that goes on the wall measures 5 1/4″ x 6 3/4″. A very fine all original antique leaded slag glass lamp shade in excellent condition. The slag glass that was used in this shade is outstanding full of fire and color the photo’s don’t do it any justice. The shade is very tight with no loose glass or leading. There are no cracks or repairs to this very fine old shade. It’s not very often I get to say that to say the least. The shade is extremely dirty and for some would say it’s in need a good cleaning but I like them this way. Salem Brothers Arts Craft Mission 12 Panel Slag Glass Bradley/Hubbard Era Lamp
This Antique Signed Salem Brothers Lamp has been fully restored to its original condition. It has new wiring but still retains the original socket. It shows a African Sahara scene with Lions, Gazelle in the reeds. A cottage with billowing smoke and the towering Acacia Tree dominating each panel. The lower panels show the rich green grass with the top panels showing many different colors to represent the hues of the sky. There are 12 panels and all are in excellent condition. Each filigree panel are slightly different and show quality workmanship from a bygone era. The shade measures 18″ across and the overall height is 26″. Bradley & Hubbard B&H Mission Arts Crafts Slag Glass Chandelier Antique Lamp
Offered is a old circa early 1900s Bradley & Hubbard 4 Light chandelier with a rare set of four Murano Glass Overlay Shades free of any cracks. Couple corner nicks not worth mention. Measures approximately 24 wide 39 drop. This is a very scarce fixture with not many survivors. All original acorns finials intact as well as stamped original canopy. It appears this was painted many many moons ago. One could keep as found or restore. Wiring is original and will need replacing due to age. All worth the effort for this iconic piece.
