A outstanding extremely beautiful large antique/vintage leaded slag glass table lamp in excellent condition. The glass in this shade is stunning it is of the finest quality made by a true artist. I tried very hard to show just how beautiful the glass is but I failed the photo’s truly can’t do it any justice. There are no cracks or repairs to this very fine old shade. It’s not very often I get to say that. The base has it’s original bonze finish and is in excellent condition you won’t find one any better it’s in like new condition. Sorry to do this and I hope you will stay on as fine and loyal customers. If you want what your neighbors dont have, this is it. The glass quality and coloration in the shade very nice as well as the overlay on the glass. The lamp is measuring in at 11.5 inches tall with the shade being 8 inches wide from corner to corner. This is a very very uncommon b and h base and i have honestly never seen it in this size before and Ive been doing this for close to 25 years now. The arms on the base still very strong after all these years and without repair. The base and shade with its very nice original patina throughout and it’s been recently rewired with proper period style cloth cord and old style plug. The cord being green, hard to find i might add, but i wanted it to match the coloration of the base and shade. Also the base is in fine working order and retains its original small hubbell socket in matching patina to base and shade. As for the shade that is also good overall condition. No breaks or cracks in the glass, nor any missing glass segments. All the overlay present and without losses. The lamp lights up and gives off a very nice warm feel and with its small size will fit nicely in any room for sure. Thanks for looking and please check out my other lighting sales as well. This is a stunning, Craftsman/Mission style table lamp in oak with gold slag glass. It is in solid, working condition with original wiring. The overall lamp design is unusual, in that it features soft curving lines, rather than the typical sharp angles of the Mission style. Graceful oak arms suspend the shade, the lamp base is a rounded design echo the curve of the arms. The lamp shade is a gold/beige slag glass, edged in oak with an oak top cap. The cap has a small crack (see photos for details). This lamp has a special charm and grace, when lit the shade gives off a warm, soft glow providing a special ambiance to any setting. The shade also in very nice overall condition and with any breaks or damage in the filligree or the glass. The base measures 20 inches tall with the shade being 16 inches wide. Beautifull Riviere Studios Antique Mission Arts & Crafts, Claw Foot, Slag Glass Table Lamp. The Lamp Stands overall 24″ High with the Shade at 12 3/8″ x 12 3/8. It looks to have been rewired in the 50th or 60s but not properly. One of the light sockets will not light up , most likely due to the wiring. There is a Nickel size hole in the glass and several cracks as shown in the pictures. Still even with the damage, this lamp displays Beautifully. Has beautiful Beaded edges and amazing roped chain edges around the bottom of the shade. The base in one and shade separately. The inside cracks will be taped with scotch tape to prevent further damage. Please feel free and contact me with any questions.
